The staff here are amazing cannot fault there service at all. Rooms were large and well appointed even though I never had a balcony I was still impressed with the room. Never used other facilities such as the pool but as an overnight business traveler this is one of the better hotels in Malta

部屋は写真のとおりなのですが、実際に入ってみると非常に古いです。まず入室したところ、冷蔵庫が壊れていることがわかりました。部屋を好感してほしかったのですが、結局冷蔵庫を交換してくれました。しかし、明らかに他で使用していたもので、中は汚れていたので掃除して使用しました。また、冷蔵庫がうなる声がずっとしていました。
また、隣室の人の話す声が結構聞こえました。
宿泊1日目の当日、トイレタンクのうえの、バスタオルをかけるラックの右端がはずれて落ちたのでタオルを置けなくなりました。翌日以降クリーニングの人も気づいたのかそこに置かなくなったのですが、修理されることはありませんでした。
２Fだったこともあり、飲食店の外まで出て騒ぐ人の声が毎日夜中の3時ころまで続きあまり熟睡できませんでした。
しかし、すべてのスタッフは感じがよく、どんな質問にも答えてくれ、次に会った時には私のことを認識してくれていました。

Mon mari et moi avons séjourné à cet hôtel du dimanche 19 au samedi 25 mai 2024. Malheureusement, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise d'être réveillé très tôt par les bruits de travaux, la route donnant sur l'entrée de l'hôtel est fermée et complètement en travaux (uniquement ouverts aux piétons). Le matin même, nous avons directement demandé de changer de chambre, le personnel très compréhensif accepte gentiment de nous changer de chambre (malgré que la chambre soit à un autre étage et de l'autre côté , nous entendons quand même les bruits des travaux.). Les Points négatifs : énormément de bruit à cause des travaux (et aussi par rapport à situation géographiques boîte de nuit club bar ect...), l'hôtel ne propose pas le déjeuner et le dîner, uniquement petit déjeuner (très basic et tous les jours la même chose mais correct), les lits sont très inconfortable Les points positifs : le personnel très agréable et compréhensif, arrêt de bus à 5 minutes à pied, plusieurs supérettes, commerces, restaurants, à proximité à pied

Going to start with the BIG negatives that affected our stay. The ‘leech’ ‘desperate’ ‘begging’ men around the pool talking to young women, approaching them and interrupting their day and when they were declined they couldn’t take a no. They sat around the pool and eyed up these young women. I am a young women myself and was on holiday with my family so less of a target I assume and hope. Secondly the MASS MAJOR construction outside our front door which woke up at 7:30am on the dot without fail minus Sunday. TUI emailed us in march to notify us of ‘road works’ however pictures below will show that they were hardly road works. It was a demolish building construction site. We were put in the ‘quietest’ room apparently and the noise and vibrations woke up every morning. The positives however…The staff and the hotel itself was lovely, bathroom was big and clean and loved the shower. The room we had was big and spacious and had a mini fridge. The TV however only had sky news as a channel so that never got turned on and the bed was very hard and springy. Could do with a mattress topper and a protector. The breakfasts were tasty and had everything you wanted/needed. Sweet and savoury. Coffee was good and hot, exactly what you needed in the mornings. The location of the hotel is spot on, 5 minutes walk from St George’s and St Julian’s bay. Restaurants, shops and supermarkets are all walking distance couldn’t fault it.

We stayed at this hotel for five nights while in St. Julian's. The pictures on the website were great but they did not appropriately represent the hotel. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The rooms were nice and large with great amenities. However, the indoor heated pool was freezing, the hot tub was yellow with oil floating on top and the jets did not work and the water was room temperature. The employee at the pool desk said she would turn the pool heater up. We laughed because it would take days to heat up that freezing pool. She also said she knows the hot tub is broken. Not sure why they didn't rope it off if it was broken. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was just average. The menu never changed in the 5 days we were there. Same options every day. Coffee machine put out cold coffee which was very disappointing. There was also street construction in front of the hotel. This made it very inconvenient to get around. We had to walk a few blocks to get to a place where we could get a Bolt or any rides. The sewer smell was horrendous. Not sure we would stay here again on our next trip.
