Really nice, clean and bright place to stay. Well located, free parking was a to us benefit also. Really friendly staff that go out of their way ensure you are enjoying your stay.

It was a beautiful hotel, the pool was nice
Breakfast is also delicious and satisfying.
It's on the top of a hill so it might be difficult if you have a suitcase.

great elevated location with views across the bay, despite being in a busy part, its still a quiet alley and good easy parking.
the staff was very friendly. and served great breakast.
the spa costs extra which is always a bit odd, but they have a rooftop pool that is included for guests and its a great place to chill and catch some sun.
we rented suite with a yakuzzi and the yakuzzi never got heated (tried everything on the settings panel)..maybe they could pay some attention to that
all in all we would gladly return here

Nice hotel, not central, a little out of the way from the soft of San Julian, charging 35 euros for access to the SPA is really too much, breakfast is enough, I would not go back

Wonderful location, 5.min walking distance till centre. Nice room, modern and new, very good breakfast. Nice and helpful staff, reception girls Laura, Elsa, Trisha from bar, 👌

Position of hotel unsuitable for older and disabled, as at the bottom of a steep hill and transfers and taxis were reluctant to drop off and pick up. Hotel was very clean, staff all very pleasant. Coffee machine in room was complicated. View from our room not great, other side was seaview, balcony unwelcoming and only one chair. Great choice of breakfast food, only negative hot food was cold! Takeaway was available, as restaurants were a long walk up and downhill. Spa was good, although Jacuzzi needs an update. Be careful of taxi charges as once we were charged 3 times the price!! Always get a cost first. Our holiday was made easier by Elsa, who was very helpful, welcoming and a great ambassador for the Holm boutique hotel, nothing was too much trouble for her and her service made us feel special.

The rooms were incredibly designed. I was in deluxe room 3326. The most important part of the room for me is the bed which was bad. Although they had great mattresses they put a memory foam layer on top to protect the mattress (I was told) which made the bed very soft. We took it off and re-made the bed. For the price of 169 euro per night I expected more. The bar fridge is not stocked. No food (except for snacks) after two PM. Kids not allowed into the indoor pool after 2PM. The alley leading up to the hotel is dark at night and the there is a steep hill to climb to get back to the hotel from the beach. The breakfast eggs were cold at 9:30 am (breakfast is till 10AM) although the chef made me a fresh one upon request. The netflix did not work and I could not connect with them . Management informs me that they will seek to address the issue in the future. Very limited English language channels. My room had only view of dilapidated residencial area although other rooms did have great views but more expensive (220 euros per night) Booking directly on their website will afford you a 20% discount as well as free entry to the spa area.

Nice hotel. Good facilities. Excellent warm and friendly staff. Very good location . Easy walk to seafront and restaurants
