Terrible hotel looks nothing like the photos needs some serious attention we booked 3 nights without checking reviews our mistake! We lasted 10 minutes room smelt of damp dangerous switches urine in the toilet! We did not get a refund either!

Sono stato in questo Hotel in dicembre e devo dire che sono stato bene personale gentilissimo e ha sodisfatto tutte le domande che abbiamo fatto. La camera era spaziosa e con letti ottimi l'unica pecca era il bagno aveva una finestra ma era chiusa a chiave e il soffione della doccia (quello grande) non funzionava e schizzava acqua da tutte le parti e il pitto doccia si riempiva di acqua che se non stavi attento c'era il rischio di allagare il bagno, oltre a questo il resto era gradevole.

This hotel has always been somewhere I come back too and I’ve never understood the bad reviews. Here are some photos that show where the bad reviews do come from. Was not sorted and was spoken too in such an unprofessional manner. It’s a shame, as it’s somewhere I’ve stayed for years but so many issues this time. The WiFi doesn’t work, the boiler above the toilet leaked so much it causes a flood ruining our personal items. We were told it was cleaned we went up to find dirty towels all over the floor and a black shower.

The only thing that was good about this hotel was the location.
The photos are not accurate. They seem veryyy out dated. The people at the front desk were rude during our entire stay.
The facilities were very underwhelming. The water pressure was bad, the floors were sticky, they only give you one towel and no wash cloths which was surprising.
Also, when we requested a refund they refused though we had many valid reasons for asking.
The wifi was terrible ! Not to mention we saw a cockroach inside the hotel too.
If I could give our stay negative stars, I would. Definitely not worth the money.
