Superbe maison d’hôtes à St Gillian. Vous êtes à 2 minutes à pied du centre animé de la ville. Mer, resto et ambiance à proximité. Pour autant, vous vous sentez beaucoup plus zen dans cette maison en pierre, très joliment décorée par Cathy, la patronne. Mention spéciale pour le succulent petit déjeuner, servi par une jeune femme adorable et aux petits soins pour les hôtes. Cathy est de très bon conseil. Cette anglaise s’est posée à Malte il y a 10 ans et connaît les bons coins. Elle aura à cœur de vous dire où trouver le meilleur restaurant, le meilleur spot de l’île. Mais surtout ne lui demandez pas où trouver le meilleur fish and chips de l’île !!! Sauf si vous êtes français.

We loved our stay at The Stonehouse. It’s a great location right next to Spinola Bay, with plenty of amenities nearby. Cathy was a lovely host, she made us feel very welcome and was really helpful, giving us great recommendations of places to visit and restaurants to eat at. We’ll definitely stay again next time we visit.

Excellent location near Spinola bay. Close to bus stops and transfers. Cathy was really welcoming and helpful. She helped us plan our trips and gave us a lot of very helpful advice. She would book tours and/or boat trips if we asked. The rooms had AC and were clean and well maintained.

Een absolute aanrader, deze kleine maar o zo mooie, authentieke b&b. Cathy is een fantastische host, die je graag in de watten legt. Het ontbijt is onovertroffen en met haar uitgebreide tips ontdek je de leukste plekken van het eiland. Kamers zijn ruim en schoon en het zwembad een heerlijke en ideale afsluiter van (in ons geval) zeer warme dagen.
