We have stayed in many Four Seasons Hotels throughout the world and so our expectation was quite high. The Four Seasons St. Louis surpassed that! We were greeted with smiles and greetings by every single staff member from the Concierge and front desk to the housekeeping staff. Every query made was handled with a smile and, if they were not the right person, made sure we connected with whomever we needed to see. The hotel is well maintained and our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the Arch and St. Louis. I loved the bathroom products which definitely were spa inspired and felt great. The new Ramsey’s Kitchen restaurant was phenomenal. I highly recommend the tuna tartar. We attended our granddaughter’s wedding and the staff at the event were on top of everything from start to finish. Everyone seemed to enjoy us and the feeling was mutual. Any requests were greeted with smiles and immediate attention. Having a glass of wine with friends on the veranda, a waiter arrived with waters (we had not even requested) which were very much appreciated due to the warm evening. The list is endless on the small things the staff did to make us feel like we were staying in their home.
