Terrible, do not go here unless you like cockroaches, and all types of insects crawling around in the kitchen. There are no cupboards to put your food in, the place is dirty, dust everywhere, small room, no sofa bed or even room for one, nothing like the pictures, the small portable oven was rusty and didn’t work, the tv had only one channel that worked, kids channel, no Netflix as advertised, the electrics kept failing and sparks flying everywhere when you flicked a switch, luckily we were on first floor as didn’t want to risk using the lift in case it broke down. We had booked for a week thinking would be nice but left after few hours as couldn’t bear to share my room with creepy crawlers. And don’t forget the building works going on next door. Builders making noise from 7am to 8 at night. When we complained they wouldn’t give us a refund or give us a proper person to complain to. Please don’t book this apar**ent!!

Huge thanks to Julie from the Huli, If it wasn't for her going right out of her general duties,our holiday would have been cut short. After an awful night in a neighbouring hotel, Julie could see we were close to tears, and found us an amazing studio flat. Our holiday was back on track. All staff and amenities were top notch, will definitely be back. Thank you again for saving our holiday Julie, can't wait to see you next time

We have booked 3 nights at this hotel and when arrived we had to cancel our reservation, the room was filthy, mould on shower and kitchen sink, dirty towels, no tv remote available. Cigarette buts on balcony, dirty curtains. Stove and oven not working and burned rusty and greasy…no hot water, and fan not working, and portable AC was all dusty. We complain at desk and receptionist couldn’t help to change to a different room, said it was full booked when there was available rooms on *********** Wouldn’t recommend

Booked through Love Holidays. Arrived at 1am to find reception closed. Information on Love Holidays says 24 hour reception. No information at Huli hotel entrance. So had to find alternative accommodation for 1 night. At my cost. Have now found out through the hotel reception that I had to go to the sister hotel check in get my key walk back to my room, again this at 1am. Booked a room only as there is only me, am diabetic, so assumed a small fridge and kettle. As other room only I've stayed at, had. Now I've been coming to malta for 20 years and this is the first time. Complaining/review. Now the room is very nice the receptionist very helpful. So if you want to stay at the huli hotel Appoin**ents either arrive before 8pm or be aware that you will have to checkin at another hotel and walk back, and if you have medicine that needs a fridge book a studio. So far very disapointed, hopefully the rest of the week goes as planed

Arrived on a Friday at 6:30 p.m., reception closed when it was supposed to be open until 8 p.m. We are sent to collect the keys in another hotel. Arrived at the hotel, no reservation in our name. No response to the various means of communication used. Our reservation would not have been taken into account. We had to find a hotel room in a hurry with an exhausted 2-year-old baby. Direction the hotel the next morning at the opening time still approximate and the miracle, our reservation appeared as if by magic. We were sent to a studio that smelled of cigarettes at first before we managed to make it clear that we had reserved an apar**ent with a cot. Apar**ent that we obtained with difficulty, and dirty..

I stayed in an apar**ent with my boyfriend for 4 nights. Since it was very cheap, we didn't expect much, it just had to be clean. But they couldn't even fulfill that. You couldn't feel comfortable and you didn't want to touch anything, let alone cook. Also, utensils like washing up liquid and a sponge were missing. The balcony door couldn't be locked, so we asked for a new room. We got this pretty quickly, but the same problem existed here. Furthermore, there was no heating and the air conditioning didn't work either. One mattress was completely saggy and belonged in the trash. The decorative pillows had never been washed, from the looks of them. Every morning at 7 a.m. the jackhammer was turned on on the construction site opposite and it was impossible to sleep any more. We would strongly advise against booking this accommodation.
