Wir haben 3 wunderbare Tage im Weißen Rössl verbracht. Von der Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung nur auf sehr freundliches Personal getroffen. Ein Highlight war die Hausführung mit Herrn Strobl, er hat sich viel Zeit genommen und wir haben viele interessante Dinge erfahren. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, der Mai ist eine gute Jahreszeit fürs Wandern, Radeln, Wellness…

Beautiful relaxing holiday again at The White Horse Inn! Fantastic room with lake views, wonderful to walk up in such a peaceful place every morning. Such a welcoming hotel with lovely food, friendly, helpful staff and excellent facilities. We hope to return again soon!

I just saw a program on WDR in which the current owner of the Weisses Rössel on Lake Wolfgangsee was featured. She is the fifth generation. There were really "beautiful" pictures of this lady... I think her name is Gudrun Peters kicking the ducks. She could give me a stay... I wouldn't want to live with someone like that. Maria Samlidis

We have been to the Weisses Rössl many times, but never during Advent. At this time, the "Silent Advent" in St. Wolfgang is highly recommended, it only takes place on Wednesdays and is magical! Checking in at the Weisses Rössl is like coming home for us, we know the a**osphere, the staff and many of the rooms. In the award-winning Kaiserterrasse restaurant we ate perfectly coordinated delicacies, with particular care from Mr. Zoran, whom we have known and appreciated for at least 20 years, and his team. Mr. Zoran is a wine and beer sommelier (!), so no questions go unanswered. In general, guests are looked after very well at the "Rössl", everyone is very friendly and attentive to the guests, from the friendly boss, Mrs. Peter, to reception, room service, to Mr. Sandor, who conjures up the most perfect breakfast omelettes. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

My wife and I stayed here for 5nights on half board in the beginning of September. This hotel is located in the best spot of St. Wolfgang and our large room(traditional) was on third facing the square. We saw two wonderful events in the square during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa and swimming pool facilities with good sun loungers. We swam in the outdoor pool and lake and enjoyed the spectacular view from the jacuzzi. What a great facility they have here? The breakfast was excellent with plentiful choice of food and fresh orange juice. We also enjoyed the evening dinner with great choice of cuisine and was cooked to perfection. The waiter service was very good indeed. My wife particularly like the leaving gift, the water bottle, which reminds her of our wonderful time in this hotel. Overall the hotel, staff and the facilities were excellent and we had a great time. We will stay here again when we visit this area next time.

Absolutely superb as usual in every way. We have stayed here a number of times and always love it. The setting is amazing, the staff are lovely and the food is delicious!! We always get a room overlooking the lake and it’s more than worth it. Plus we have half board and after a day walking or cycling we don’t feel guilty eating all that wonderful food!! The pro bike shop up the hill is excellent also for high quality e bike hire.

Fantastic hotel and great location. Had a room overlooking the lake spotless everyday. All the team were amazing and so friendly. Food top class couldn’t fault anything. If you like amazing scenery this place is a must and local transport good to get you to other beautiful villages. Thank you to all the team for making our stay so special 👏👏

Had a great few days! Can’t wait to go back. Lovely hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, location was perfect. Booked half board, food was excellent. Had room with dual aspect balcony and amazing lake/mountain views.
