Beautiful relaxing holiday again at The White Horse Inn! Fantastic room with lake views, wonderful to walk up in such a peaceful place every morning. Such a welcoming hotel with lovely food, friendly, helpful staff and excellent facilities. We hope to return again soon!

Ich habe grade im WDR eine Sendung gesehen in der u. a. auch die derzeitige Inhaberin des Weißen Rössel am Wolfgangsee zu sehen war. Sie ist die fünfte Generation. Es waren wirklich " schöne" Bilder wie diese Dame ....ich glaube sie heißt Gudrun Peters nach den Enten trat. Sie könnte mir einen Aufenthalt schenken....bei so jemandem möchte ich nicht wohnen. Wir waren schon oft im Weissen Rössl, aber noch nie im Advent. Zu dieser Zeit ist der "Stille Advent" in St. Wolfgang sehr zu empfehlen, der findet nur am Mittwoch statt und ist zauberhaft! Im Weissen Rössl einzuchecken, ist für uns wie nach Hause kommen, wir kennen die Atmosphäre, die Mitarbeiter und viele der Zimmer. Im Hauben-Restaurant Kaiserterrasse haben wir perfekt abgestimmte Köstlichkeiten gegessen, besonders umsichtig betreut durch Herrn Zoran, den wir schon seit mindestens 20 Jahren kennen und schätzen, und seinem Team. Herr Zoran ist Wein- und Bier-Sommeliers (!), da bleiben keine Fragen unbeantwortet. Überhaupt wird im "Rössl" der Gast ganz toll betreut, alle sind sehr freundlich und den Gästen zugewandt, von der sympathischen Chefin, Frau Peter, über Rezeption, Zimmerdienst, bis hin zu Herrn Sandor, der die allerperfektesten Frühstücksomeletts zaubert. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

My wife and I stayed here for 5nights on half board in the beginning of September. This hotel is located in the best spot of St. Wolfgang and our large room(traditional) was on third facing the square. We saw two wonderful events in the square during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa and swimming pool facilities with good sun loungers. We swam in the outdoor pool and lake and enjoyed the spectacular view from the jacuzzi. What a great facility they have here? The breakfast was excellent with plentiful choice of food and fresh orange juice. We also enjoyed the evening dinner with great choice of cuisine and was cooked to perfection. The waiter service was very good indeed. My wife particularly like the leaving gift, the water bottle, which reminds her of our wonderful time in this hotel. Overall the hotel, staff and the facilities were excellent and we had a great time. We will stay here again when we visit this area next time.

Absolutely superb as usual in every way. We have stayed here a number of times and always love it. The setting is amazing, the staff are lovely and the food is delicious!! We always get a room overlooking the lake and it’s more than worth it. Plus we have half board and after a day walking or cycling we don’t feel guilty eating all that wonderful food!! The pro bike shop up the hill is excellent also for high quality e bike hire.

Fantastic hotel and great location. Had a room overlooking the lake spotless everyday. All the team were amazing and so friendly. Food top class couldn’t fault anything. If you like amazing scenery this place is a must and local transport good to get you to other beautiful villages. Thank you to all the team for making our stay so special 👏👏

Had a great few days! Can’t wait to go back. Lovely hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, location was perfect. Booked half board, food was excellent. Had room with dual aspect balcony and amazing lake/mountain views.

We,gemengd stel,donkere vrouw, witte man, wilden gaan eten in het restaurant. Ons werd verteld dat het vol gereseveerd was. Toen ik 5 minuten later belde konden we direkt reseveren??? De gerant kwam inderdaad rascitisch over!!!!!
