The location of hotel is perfect and very clean , The room '106' is a large one with lovely views but no sign of Luxury anywhere in the hotel; everthing is basic but somehow gives the feeling of contentment and relaxation. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are extremely soft and uncomfortable with no head support. The breakfast and evening meals were excellent and big thank you to the chef. There is lacking of atmosphere inside the hotel particularly the restaurant so in the evening we felt that we were in a mission rather than on a holiday. The staff are very helpful and friendly and we appreciated a lot when the manager Weiser changed our room from 212 to 106. This was very essential to enjoy our week stay. It was also very convenient to purchase the trains tickets from the hotel instead of queuing up for them in the nearby station. Our departure was early before the opening hours of restaurant the manager offered us breakfast at an earlier time which was really appreciated that he accommodated our needs perfectly. Yes I would recommend the hotel and definitely will return back as we adore the area. Please bear in mind that this is not a four stars hotel and is with basic facilities. So keep your expectations modest in order to appreciat it fully.

We stay 2 nights at this nice hotel. Great support at reception, great service and great suite. Hotel is 500 mts from downtown but is quite. They have also 2 Tesla wallbox and one generic wallbox for customers not free of charge. Great breakfast and cordiality. Highly recommend!! Congratulations to the staff

Lovely hotel set back from the lake and outside the centre of the village. The private beach is a short walk away and there is car parking at the hotel which is unusual in St Wolfgang. We took half board and the evening meal is really good with a meat option, a fish option( often local lake fish) and a vegetarian option. Breakfast is first class too. We were three( my wife and i and our fourteen year old daughter, and we had a family room with a separate bedroom for our daughter which was ideal. The village itself is very charming and the region breathtaking in its beauty. A visit to the Kaiservilla in Bad Ischel was great. Highly recommended !

Old room without air conditioning - sold as a superior room for 257 euros for 2 with breakfast including bad service and a stuffy restaurant. Reception tried hard at reception. Very rude when saying goodbye. We weren't even asked how we enjoyed our stay. No warmth at all in this house. Far away from 4 stars!!!

We paid EUR 260 per night including breakfast, which is absolutely not justified for this shabby, loveless and unkempt house! A look out of the window or balcony is enough to see that no value is placed on neatness. The room was very small, the view from the balcony was practically non-existent. You only see the courtyard where the junk is in the hut. Withered flowers and ****s everywhere. Absolutely not inviting! The annoying nature of the dark-skinned waiter is completely exaggerated, other waiters don't exactly stand out with their friendliness either! This house deserves absolutely no 4 stars! Were in June in a three-star hotel in Gmunden for EUR 45.-(!) per night in a three-bed room. This was far better than this hotel! Also from the breakfast buffet. This is pure rip off! Zero efforts (except for Mrs. Doris at the front desk) and never collect!
