Ramada by Wyndham Jordan/Beacon Harbourside Resort

Service was on par to a 2 star hotel. Lovely location.

Overall a very good experience. The only thing was that the dining was off due to renovations (but they clearly caveated that before booking so at least it was fair). Otherwise, they'd be deserving of a perfect score

Lake view and peaceful

The room was very clean. The building is under renovations and some things weren't available (on-site restaurant). The room appeared to be newly renovated but there were some odd things...uneven/not level floors, bathroom sink taps which cause water to spray onto the floor, lack of a shelf in the shower for shampoo/conditioner/soap, no glasses for drinks (just paper cups).

The hotel was under construction which was not mentioned anywhere. All dirty and no hot water plus bo restaurant

There was construction and the hot water tank was down, they offered a refund, but I needed a place for the night so stayed anyway. It was a nice room, clean and sufficient for my needs.

They are under construction and renovating the entire restaurant and other rooms, and we knew that before booking so we brought our own breakfast. What we didn't like was the fact that there was no ice machine or ice available anywhere in the entire hotel. There was no microwave in the room to heat up food that had to be brought in. The hallway had old lights and plaster on the floor due to construction but it was a tripping hazard and eyesore so should have been dealt with before guests walked those halls. We will be back when it is all complete because we have enjoyed our stays at the hotel in the past and look forward to it being back in pristine condition soon.

Convenient location right off of the highway. The hotel has been under renovations for quite some time now after reading other reviews. The large suite I rented was newly renovated and had a great lake view. The rest of the hotel was in not so great condition and seemed to lack security at night time. Could hear banging and doors closing throughout the night so we had to leave the tv on. Pool and restaurant were closed due to renovations so there were really no amenities to comment on. I believe once the renovations are complete this could be a decent place to stay.
