I went with my aunt and her husband. We booked hanicapped rooms. The staf and the manager were excellent..they were friendly and accommodating. Yes we will stay with you again, however have plenty to eat for breakfast...will be back Memorial Day weekend..I like bananas. I hope the pool is open..can't wait! To preface this review, I have stayed here several times. I booked online and I get there and they wont let me check in. They say they have no rooms available, I check into the super 8 nextdoor and the clerk told me that a lot of angry customers have been coming to her place to book. America's Best Value Inn had people in different rooms sharing bathrooms, busted pipes from a recent freeze. They would not refund me, even though I could not check in.

First room I stayed in had trash on the floor and pee still in the toilet. Next day I asked to move rooms and the room they moved me into a room that had a fridge and a microwave which my last room didn’t have. Plus a coffee maker, dresser, and 2 bedside tables which the last room also did not have. And was much cleaner. Staff was very nice. Bed is comfortable. Good tv channel selection

Excellent staff; great room; super affordable; accidentally left my fire stick in the room and they were kind enough to call me and have it mailed to my home!! One of my most pleasant experiences!

Lots of bugs in the room, flies, mosquitoes, and roaches. No refunds posted in the office as a warning sign. Staff friendly and they do allow pets.

What was unique was that only one electric outlet in the entire room worked. There was a used dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door, as well, to greet us on arrival. The outlet near the sink was covered with brown cardboard held in place by thumbtacks, I presume, to hide the fact that only one outlet was operating in the room. Mr. Roach greeted my girlfriend when she got up to use the restroom in the middle of the night, as well. The added element of two questionable middle aged men beating on our door offering maid service topped off our stay.

The hotel did not have our reservation and did not have the room we needed available. So we booked a different hotel.

This hotel being where it's at is not how it's presented in the pictures. We get for he hotel and it's back behind a bar and an RV park back. We get to our room and part of the window was broken out. We get in and the AC wasn't on, we set it to 60 and never got below 72 and that took all night to get there. Sheets had stains in them and the blankets or comforters were so thin they could have almost been considered as curtains.
