The room was excellent, exactly what we were looking for. Our goal was to have a very relaxing weekend and the services at the spa were the best we'd ever experienced. The only unfortunate downside to our stay was another couple in a room nearby disturbing our peace with loud yelling and arguments throughout the night, making it hard to sleep and enjoy the quiet atmosphere. The hotel itself, though, was amazing and we do intend to return.

Bathroom walls and mirror looked like they were covered in snot from someones nose, towels were brown, no internet connection at all, tv worked first then the connection was gone. Room was freezing cold had the heaters on but it seemed to be blowing out cold air the jets in the tub came on randomly at 2am in the morning and woke me up in a panic because I thought something was wrong but they turned on by themselves the button wasnt even pressed?

Towels were dirty and stains on them. The hotel had no guests. No customer service.
They charged me an extra night when i checked out a bit early. My initial stay was fromTuesday to sunday. I checked out on Thursday at 1pm. I asked if this was okay and they said yes its okay.
They supposed to charge me 2 night stay but they charge me 3 nights.
It took an arm and a leg to get refunded.
Never staying there again. I highly dont recommend to stay there.
