the hotel is dated and in need of new furniture. rooms are spacious, clean but dull. the shower is hand held so no enjoying a relaxing shower. the restaurant is ok but if you want to eat outside you run the risk of the ignorant smokers. the food is bland. breakfast consists of a tray of omelette, diced bacon bits, boiled eggs and small hot dog sausages. fruit and bread are available with a continental breakfast. dinner is pasta, pork, chicken, fish with small choice of veg. evening meal is the same but cooked slightly different. mainly over salted. the bar is a joke. poorly trained bar staff that will try to save washing up by giving you plastic cups. they just don't have enough glasses for the 20 or people that might use the bar. all that is on offer if all inclusive is beer, brandy, ouzo, red and white wine. none of the wine is drinkable. the white wine was pored and looked like pee. had to tell the barman it was off and he didn't understand. entertainment was nil. a very boring night if you haven't brought your own. the beach is very near and easy to get to. although there are signs up telling you not to reserve sun beds you have to be early to get one. some people think one spot is theirs for the duration. nobody really cleans the sand and your always finding cigarette buts in the sand from the ignorant smokers. best thing to do is go 20 feet up to the next beach brollies and buy a coke. more space, clean and hardly any kids. beach bar better than the main bar.

Since I read most of the reviews before choosing the hotel, I was not expecting the experience of a lifetime. However, we chose the hotel because we knew the place, the surroundings and it was quite familiar. I would start with the very arrival to the hotel. The receptionist, Katty, is an extremely pleasant lady who explained everything in detail, and the room was ready very soon upon our arrival, immediately after lunch. She even offered to print some coloring sheets for our kids, so that they can have fun in the evening. Also, Efi who worked on the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. The furniture in the room was outdated, but the room itself was very clean. It comes with a fridge, flat TV and probably a safe, never used it :) A water heater would be excellent to be placed in the rooms, just a suggestion. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed daily. In general, the furniture throughout the hotel is outdated, but other than that, I have no remarks. The food is not so various as I would expect for an All-In experience and a hotel marked 4 stars, and it is definitely not the best choice for families with kids who are picky eaters. However, it was tasty. The breakfast is same every day, lunch and dinner are varied. On few occasions, our kids missed lunch time because they were asleep, and we were allowed to take some food for them to the beach/room. The beach was not too crowded, although people have a bad habit of occupying sunbeds early in the morning, without being present at the beach, but this is also not directly related to the hotel, but to people's behavior. The entrance to the sea is rocky for the first meter or two, but the water is crystal clear, even late in the afternoon. This is the same with almost all hotels in this area, so it is not something related to this hotel only. There is a beach bar, which depending on the type of accommodation, is free of charge for coffee, juices, sodas, beer, wine. The pools are filled with salty water and are a great choice if you are into pools instead of the beach. The water is clean, the staff around the pools very polite and friendly. The hotel is on a five-minute drive to Ouranopolis, less than 10 minute drive to Tripiti (the port for taking ferry to Ammouliani). All in all, it might not be a 4 stars hotel, but it was a good experience and if you do not have the greatest expectations, I promise you will have a good time.

I visited this hotel in August 2023 , and honestly, it doesn't look very simillar to the photos you can find on the internet. Besides that, the food is okay, it bothers me that breakfast is the same every day. I got sick from food so be careful about what you eat... Internet is awful. But the rooms are clean, the cleaners change the bed linen every fifth day, change the towels every day, and clean the rooms every day. The pool is clean, but it uses water from the sea so it's salty. You can play tennis and mini football but you have to bring your own equipment. There is a mini market and a gaming room (it costs). To get to the beach, you have to go by the tunel. The sunbeds on the beach are free. You get free soda and juices at the bar (cola, fanta, mineral water, orange if you get half board, and vine, beer, coctails, ice coffee and lunch if you get full board. There is also a juice machine where you can get orange juice and grapefruit juice, and a coffee machine where you can get all sorts of coffee.

The rooms have old furniture, not very clean. The food is bad: low quality, no variaty ( only rice, scableed eggs, feta, boiled pasta, the uneated sausages from breakfast used as side dish at dinner or lunch) the same food every day, we had all inclusive package but we had to go to Ouranoupolis to have a good meal, with traditional food . The beach it s acceptable, staff it s pretty nice and polite, Georgios and Tommy are the best! The sea and the landscape are amaizing. A lot of person were unhappy, we spoke with three families, from different countries, that were guests on the same period with us, and all had the same complains: bad accomodation, bad food. This hotel should be rated at max 2 stars, 4 stars are way way too much. I don' t recommend this hotel.

I was with my family for 8 days in the first week of July 2023. The furniture is old, the TV is a new plasma, the mirrors are stained as if they were painted with gasoline, the beds are scratchy, but it's good that it's a large matrimonial bed, but 2 glued together. The bathroom is very clean, not as old as the room. Very large balcony. In the corridor from the farm there were animals: a large cricket, a spider as big as a palm, a tern with a nest, brown woodpeckers. The food was varied and tasty, but twice I got a strand of hair in the hot food. You can come and eat at any time because you always find a place and as one kind of meal ends as soon as they replace it with a new one. The water is splendid, but there are 2 trumpets on the beach which are inconvenient.

It’s our second time visiting this hotel. We’ve been in messonete(family with children13,15y)-great space,2 bathrooms,2 terasse, sea view💦 The hotel is old,the furniture is old ,too, the food doesn’t vary-BUT,everything else are GREAT❣️ Check in and check out as fast as it can be,extremly polite staff, you feel wellcome all the time🌟 Guests are very nice ,mostly families with 2/3children,so its easy to find company for play, the property is safe. The internet is bad,but we find it was good for us as well as for our children💫it was relaxing Beach is the best part-sandy,clear and warm sea with nice colour. Beach bar with great Jorgos and his colleges. There is shadow parts on the beach. Pools are big and good, too -with sea wather. Where ever you go,u can find many faults, but when u came home and feel relaxed, happy and full of energy, you want to tell this hotel and staff-THANK YOU-great hotel ,full od happinies and good value for the money👏
