Great place to stay! I just left and feel kind of empty now!🥲 I will definitely miss this place, it has it all! Good location, nice atmosphere, beautiful surroundings and above all, excellent front desk service!😁😁👍👍 The rooms are super clean, and comfortable! They have electric heaters, TV and tea amenities 🍵 The location might represent a challenge if not willing to spend 30-40 mins to get to downtown and admire the landscape! I personally loved the trips to downtown! I kinda felt like a local going to work every morning! ☀️ I will definitely stay here with my family next time! 13/10

Situated central in the town and close by is the main, large, carpark which was the first sigh of relief we had. A very short walk to the hotel.The receptionist, on arrival, was lovely. Such a warn friendly smile and a very polite young man was a great welcome. The room was so close to the entrance and a god send for me, as I am disabled and walking is difficult. The room was clean and smelt fresh. The bed linen was fresh,crisp and white and now we are happy, we had made such a great choice is hotels. We used to stay with the rival hotel, but from now on It's Travel lodge every time.

Soap/shampoo dispensers were not working so given a new room (also had a sticky surface on the table top near the kettle). New room had a weird smell (we think may have been vomit). Also stained carpets. Staff was friendly enough but probably the second worst hotel stay of my life

THIS HOTEL WAS HORRIBLE, WORST ONE EVER! A BUNCH OF US WENT TO A SCHOOL TRIP AND NEEDED SOMEWHERE TO STAY FOR THE NIGHT, MOST ROOMS WHERE DREADFUL, THE BEDDING HAD STAINS AND MARKS THAT WAS DISGUSTING THERE WAS RIPS IN THE CHAIR I WOKE UP WITH BITE MARKS ALL OVER ME AND THE BATHROOM HAD BUGS CRAWLING ALL OVER THE FLOOR THERE WAS DIRT IN THE PLUG HOLE ALONG WITH HAIR THIS HOTEL NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN ! AND ME AND THE PEOPLE I WENT WITH WE WANT A REFUND!

this hotel is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at!! when we first entered our impressions were awful, there was stains and hair on the floor and bed, there was white stains all around the room even on the shower curtains! Our windows and doors did not lock at all and we didn't feel safe as they were thuds and movement all night. In the bathroom there was hair in the plug hole and black mold on the curtains. our kettle didn't work and its a good job it never as there was black dirt at the bottom of it. lastly when me and my friend got to the bed there was blood stains on one of the pillows and dirt at the bottom of the bed. i would NOT recommend this hotel!!

Arrived late so was just somewhere to sleep didn’t have time or inclination to complain as nothing could have been done about this tired hotel. Staff were very pleasant and helpful thankfully. How they put up with this and keep a smile on their face working there I will never know. The room was ridiculously expensive for one light and certainly not good value for money I would not stay there again. It’s been a long time since I felt the need to keep my clothes on when I got into the creaky sagging bed.

The warm welcome we received at check in was fantastic as it was genuine.the hotel location was ideal as there are or everything you need ,restaurants,train staion nearby,shopping centre.the staff were fantastic to cap it all
