Pool was very dirty, couldn’t even see the bottom of the pool. Staff seem bothered when ever being approached.

Stayed here just one night when traveling for work. This hotel is a solid 3. It is definitely in need of refurbishment. Walking through the hallways, riding the elevator, and looking at the furniture & carpets in the room, there's obvious wear-and-tear. Nothing seemed dirty or anything like that, it just seems like nobody has maintained it over the years. Ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant/buffet. It was average, nothing to write home about. Stamford, for its location, needs better hotel options especially for those just passing through. I stayed at the Marriott last year and would say the same things as this Hilton. Hopefully this Hilton gets the refurbishment it deserves sometime soon.

We had to switch rooms due to the room not being cleaned and our new room had broken doors and furniture.

We say a dead rat in the suitcases and bags cart that was squished up so it looked liked other people had used it to and there was dust in the hallways, the elevator didn't work that well and wait times were very high, our toilet in the room stopped working, the bed was dusty had to take meds, it was old and outdated but the customer service was ON POINT but Hilton, you need to renovate the whole place because i wanted to use a digital gift card and the Starbucks barista told me that they only accepted cash and card and no qr code scanning and i really just screamed of how outdated that was.

This is the second time i have stayed here. Overall great hotel. But my room key did not work after a night out both times i stayed. So i had to go down to the front desk to get it reactivated.

The staff was exceptionally nice and they were awesome with allowing us to check in early. The staff especially Brianna made are stay very welcoming and she did an awesome job in accommodating our needs.
