Although it is a small town, the transportation is convenient. It’s in the middle of New York and Boston. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy. Although the lights are a bit problematic, it was dealt with in time. Breakfast is not much, but you can still have enough. Ample parking spaces.

Housekeeping does a really good job. The two Maries who clean the fourth floor room are the best. Nettie at the front desk, is truly professional and the perfect person for the face of the hotel. Relly great service. The hotel is older and it clearly had water damage, you can smell it, but the people do their best to clean it. Katya does a great job with breakfast.

I was double charged in July 2022. They charged both my card AND my husband's card for the same stay. I have been requesting a refund for 6 months and NO progress. Do not stay here. They are not helpful and clearly they don't intend on giving me my money back.

I shared a room with a business colleague for 5 nights. Though the room was comfortable enough, the service was abysmal. The room was not serviced at all, so a few days into our 5- day stay we requested fresh towels. We were required to go to the front desk to obtain them. The breakfast buffet was sometimes late being stocked, and the quality of offerings was inconsistent. Some of the pastries were to hard to eat. Desk staff during our stay was never welcoming or even cordial. Some were downright surly. We expected more, and will not return.

Extremely helpful and attentive front desk staff. I utilize this particular hotel a few times a year for court related study. The staff is extraordinarily helpful when it comes to my late night printing needs and addiction to coffee. The location is fantastic. Right outside downtown, proper, great restaurants, I 95 in the Merritt. My room is always clean and furnished adequately. Parking is fantastic and very convenient. It’s nice having a home away from home when it’s four strictly business purposes. I will be back. Shout out to the overnight front desk guys. And ladies.

We stayed here on our way from Long Island, NY to Boston as it made sense to stop after a late lunch on the island. I like Holiday Inn Express and have stayed at several of them, so was expecting a similar experience. I was very disappointed, as were my family members. The lobby is not easy to spot from the main road and parking is very limited for checking in. Then, we had to drive around another building to get to the parking lot, get our luggage and then walk quite a distance through another hotel/meeting space back to the hotel itself. The staff was very helpful but it was a bit annoying to maneuver all the odd aspects of checking in and getting to our room. The bathroom was very small, as was the room since I slept in the hide-a-bed and could hardly walk around my sister's bed to get to the bathroom. Breakfast the next morning was fine but the pancake machine was not working so that was another disappointment.

We stayed here during a long weekend and were very pleased. The hotel in general is in tip top shape and very clean. Our suite was very large and well appointed. Our only suggestion was that the flat screen TV was way too small for the room. The TV was about 15 feet from the head of the bed and maybe a 25" screen. Every staff member that we encountered was very polite and clean cut. Cathy in the dining room was especially pleasant and attentive.

I booked a suite with 2 double beds, kitchenette, and pullout sofa on 4/5/22 for a 6/3/22 stay. There were 6 people in our group which the info on *******'s website stated that room would accommodate. On 6/1/22 I received a phone message from Holiday Inn Express stating that my reservation had been canceled and that I could contact ******* for a refund. I was shocked. It was 2 days before our trip for a wedding, and now we had nowhere to stay. I called the hotel and the rep told me that a Kosher group stays there every weekend in June and the room should not have been booked. Not my problem! After explaining the hardship this would cause, the rep called back and said I had a reservation. What I didn't know was that she had rebooked me into a room with 2 double beds only. Clearly not an acceptable space for six people. Luckily, one member of our group could not attend, so we were down to 5 people. The person at the front desk said she would have housekeeping send up a rollaway bed. When we returned from the wedding after midnight, there was no rollaway bed in the room. We had to wait an extra half hour for the bed to be sent up. The next morning I tried taking a shower. The drain was completely clogged and started to flood the bathroom floor. No shower for anyone that day! Horrible customer service. I demand a refund!!!

Stayed one night. Decent motel, away from city center. Clean room. AC works slowly. Bathroom small. Regular buffet breakfast. Very limited free parking, 6 slots plus H parking. Otherwise, paid parking lot next door. Nearby Italian restaurant good food, slow service.
