We used this hotel this week travelled on National Coach. The Hotel has been renovated, The room 165 was allocated on arrival which was spotless all areas been covid disinfected. Beds comfy bathroom all been replaced with new fixtures radiator in room if needed. Food was brilliamt servef to your table which was very large helpings. Full breakfast. Evening meal we had a sunday roast with roast beef which melted in your mouth. Staff worked hard nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel has easy dy access to liverpool and blackpool def stay here again

Half of my family and friends booked this hotel back in March so that they could attend our party in Standish this month before I move abroad. The hotel called every person at the last minute and cancelled their stay due to a ‘full hotel home department booking’ with no alternatives. The only other hotel was fully booked. Disgusting customer service and ruined the weekend. Not happy! Won’t be booking again, unreliable!

Its full of asylum seekers .......need I say more! I need to write more ...so I say again its fully of asylum seekers.... Its awful as well......dirty , smelly and a mess. Just use a tent instead or go somewhere else ...anywhere is better than here

This hotel is situated quite close to a school, It is a dreadful hotel anyway, but one day we are going out to see football in Wigan. School children walking past and groups of men outside hotel whistling at them. I and none of my friends are shall we say football hooligans, but the anger that gave, We simply needed to get out before going on the drink and to football so moved closer to Wigan as tempers would surely be lost.

Stayed at the hotel on the 10th July and it states free parking. This is not the case you have to make sure you enter your registration on the computer which I was not told about by staff on arrival and although I wrote it down on the form at sign in I have still received a parking fine even after appealing it!
