Booked this hotel due to attending a family party nearby then flying off on holiday and so glad I did. Lovely hotel with great amenities especially the spa, lovely trea**ents. What makes the hotel - the staff, they are so welcoming, polite and can’t do enough for you. Thank you for a very relaxing stay 😊

Booked this hotel because the hotel in kelso we had booked was bad so needed somewhere to stay for the night. So glad we picked this hotel. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Everything and everyone was brilliant. Will definitely use again if in the area.

Good breakfast,swimming pool,but the air con in the room is noisy and bedding is noisy, everytime you turn ,or pull the cover ,it just disturbed other ppl in the same room.

I was bought a spa day by my partner for my birthday. Had a beautiful Elemis facial from Kayleigh and it was just what I needed. Spa room was lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Just wish it went on longer haha. Pool and hot tub was lovely too and just waiting for our afternoon tea now.

1 night stay to attend wedding nearby. We were 6no of us staying. Lovely staff, beds are so comfy, breakfast was great with lots of choice for everyone. Slight ******, the bar wasn't open after 12pm whereas at other holiday inn's this differs, however we still used the communal areas at the staff's consent. We watched the superbowl and ordered a takeaway, and generally enjoyed a great end with friends to what was a fab day overall. Can't complain in the slightest. Please dont let the 70's looking exterior put you off, it more than makes up for it inside!!

Booked this hotel for a last minute spa day treat. We turned up early and couldn’t check in which wasn’t a problem so we went to the bar and had lunch which was included in our package. I wasn’t expecting much with it being included in the deal but the food was great and couldn’t fault it! We had a trea**ent booked in the spa which was very relaxing then we went to the pool. Had no problems getting a lounger, we went at the right time as it wasn’t busy at all and found it very relaxing. Rooms are very clean and spacious and ours was ideal being situated right next to the spa. Breakfast was nice and there was plenty to choose from. It could have been a bit hotter but with it being a buffet breakfast I couldn’t fault it. The hotel looks nothing special from the outside but when you come in it’s very modern and clean. All of the staff were very friendly especially the bar staff and I can’t wait to return!
