Overall it's pretty good, the price is cheap, and there's a shuttle bus to the airport at the door. The twin room has two beds, one large and one small, which is actually more suitable for family travel. 24-hour hot water and heating, and good sanitary conditions.

It’s a very good service. I easily could get the hotel. The room was nice and clean. The lady from the reception helped me with the bus schedule.

Hotel is very close to the airport, but note that the hotel shuttle is 4 pounds (what happened to the days of this service being free? 😭).
Staff was a bit of a mixed bag. I was checked in by a rather miserable person, but check-out was polite and friendly.
My room said a king bed, but I don't know if UK bed sizes are different, but it was more like a double. Room appeared clean, but I did find some hairs in the sheets that didn't belong to me and one of my pillows looked a little suspect.
Fine stay for just a night when you need to be near the airport. Vegan options available for meals, although I didn't eat at the hotel.

The check-in process is very smooth and the room is very clean. I booked a room with a double bed, but they upgraded me to a bigger room with 3 beds.
