My sister and I stayed at the hotel for 4 days, and then we went to a so-called “luxury” hotel and how can I tell you that we really missed Az Vagye d’Or! Everything is great! The welcome, the staff are very pleasant, polite, they speak French very well, the location is great! Sea view, cheap and very good food!
The only negative point I would say: do some shopping before you get there because there is no grocery store if you don't have a vehicle!
This hotel deserves 5 stars!

Excellent Hotel, attentive and very professional staff, a magnificent view of the beach. The rooms are very clean and the bed super comfortable. I highly recommend it and I will come back to Ratiba very soon!

This comment with kindness to improve Reception staff top. Small problem with the oressing service which has been resolved.
Poor bed quality, some malfunctions with room service, forgotten towel, forgotten shower gel. Breakfast which can be improved in the offer with more fruit, variety of cold meats and not just one, local specialty there is no shame when you come to a country you discover

If you like mediocrity, this hotel is for you. Terrible night. Lying promises about the room. Fire alarm that goes off several times in the middle of the night. Broken TV and phone. Defective air conditioning. And above all the management which refuses dialogue and which places the blame on its customers. Shameful for a so-called 4 Star. To flee.
