That said, the final approach to the property presents a logistical nuance. Situated at the end of a 50-meter cul-de-sac where U-turns are challenging, vehicle arrivals and departures require a bit of patience. For those traveling on foot, the quickest route to the bustling main thoroughfares involves navigating a charming, labyrinthine network of residential alleys—a true ”insider’s shortcut” that offers a glimpse into the authentic local lifestyle.

GGuest UserGreat value for money! I compared it with other places near Pham Ngu Lao Street in Vietnam, and they were all small, narrow, old, and expensive! This place offers good value for money! I recommend staying here! Although the facilities are pretty basic, the service is quite good! The lady at the front desk is a real beauty!

GGuest UserDecent enough for the price.. reasonably clean and the staffs are friendly and helpful.. thought the location is not within commutable range of city centre, it’s pretty easy to look for yummy food with relatively cheap prices.. overall it was a good experience for a short term stay.. 😊

I do enjoy my vacation here. Other than annoying cleanliness.
I do ask them to clean my room and change the bedsheet. The things is, they say they change my bedsheet, turn out the hotel cleaner never change it. You know how I realize that? I took photo of the bedsheet every single day, that the same stains still there for every single day. I got prove and I tell to one of their staff, that I am not angry to him, my body got itchy and I just disappointed.
My stay here that I drag almost to 1 week, because it is great location at District 1. Near to everything.
They got 3 different shift for staff at the counter, coz my time here I always in and out for thousand times. Shopping mostly.
All of 3 staff can speak and understand English, which is I feel so relieved bout it, coz not all Vietnamese people can speak and understand English well.
Also Thank You to staff name Tuon or Ton, I am sorry if wrongly spelled your name, coz he escort me at late night to show me the room, if I want to change the room and need to add a little bit more money to it. Coz that time I just booked for 4 extra more days to stay here.
Overall, thank you to those 3 gentleman, that stay at counter for great service, helpful and the most important thing is great communication.
Almost 1 week my stay here, I got no complaints except for the bad cleanliness only, especially for same stains that they claimed they already change the bedsheet, while it is not.
I hope staff cleaner of the Beautiful Saigon Hotel, 40/27 Bui Vien took extra meticulously to ths cleanliness matters. Coz it is top priority for the guest.
I hope other guest will not facing itchy on skin like me.

AAnonymous UserModerate stay overall. The room was very simple and basic, but acceptable for a short stay. The location is great and very convenient for getting around.
The hotel is located above an Indian restaurant, which makes it easy to find food nearby. However, one negative point is that there is no lift. If you have heavy luggage, you will need to carry it up the stairs, which can be quite inconvenient.

EEmily_travel in AsiaThe service was good. On the app is says that the check in was at 12:00 (which was a bit confusing as check out is at 12:00 too), so we arrived at this time. First they told us check in is only available from 2pm on, but then they got us a room soon. The room is not a bit soundproof and there was a really loud couple next to us. On request they let us change the room as soon as possible.
The location was good and it was easy to get a grab

The experience at TPHOMES SALA was simply amazing! The service is top-notch, the staff is friendly and attentive, and you really feel at home. The rooms are spacious and bright, the design is modern and comfortable, and every detail is full of taste. In addition, the local food here is really amazing, the taste is authentic and unique, and it is an excellent experience to taste Vietnamese style. Every day is like starting an adventure of food and enjoyment! I was really sad when I left!

WWILLIAMFirst the receptionist & I got an issue because he said that I hadn't pay but actually I paid by online, after that he took the picture & the case was solved. Anyway, thanks to the receptionist that prove the room with nice view. It was located near the Giac Nguyen Buddhist Temple & around there sell many Vietnamese food too.

SSergeiI will try to be as honest as possible. I chose based on the location and price. The price is reasonable compared to nearby hotels, everything is within walking distance. It looked a bit different in the photos, but it should be noted that the room and bathroom are clean, except that you shouldn't go out onto the balcony barefoot. They gave us 2 towels, a small and a large one. We asked for another large one - they gave us one without any problems. They checked us in quickly. The linen was clean (although the blanket was much smaller than the duvet cover). For a city hotel for a few nights, this is a great option. There is a stove for cooking, a microwave, a kitchen with dishes, a TV, a table with chairs, a hair dryer, an iron, and free wifi. There is a feeling that the renovation is unfinished, but I don't think it is significant in this case. There are no cockroaches.
