GGuest UserHotel service is very good, responsive, when the waiter gave no one a bottle of warm water, very happy. The whole season is a must-choice hotel for my business trip. This time it is a family trip and I feel very good.
The price of this hotel is too favorable and the price is super high! The location is excellent and convenient to travel. The environment is clean and elegant, the room facilities are smart and new, and the bedding is very comfortable. The best thing is the service, the front desk and the room respond very quickly, proactive and caring. The overall stay experience is full marks, highly recommended!

CCeltermumService was great and location is just a 2 min walk from the high speed train station and subway, which was perfect as we were catching a very early train out. Do note that we had a room facing the train station and main thoroughfare road in front of the station so there was quite a bit of honking and traffic noise, especially in the daytime. However, for us this wasn’t an issue. For those who are particular about a quiet room, you might want to request for a room towards the back of the building, away from the road.

JJingguqiuruiTravel is convenient, the room is fully equipped and spacious. The beautiful lady at the front desk upgraded the room for free. The projection is clear, and the smart voice assistant can operate the room facilities and lights. It is very convenient. The overall environment of the hotel is also very good, and the price-performance ratio is very high. I recommend friends to stay here!

CCengyingsheilaThe room is very large, the location is very central to the museum, Liuxiang is close, the service is very warm, not only collected my luggage, but also the manager helped me take my luggage to the room, breakfast vegetables and content are very rich, there is definitely Samsung hardware service, the price is too affordable, I am really satisfied with staying here next time.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, right next to the subway, making it incredibly convenient to get around. It was also nice to be able to take an evening stroll around Yingze Park.
However, the hotel itself was quite mediocre. The rooms felt stuffy and lacked proper ventilation, and the overpowering artificial scent in the lobby was very off-putting.
During my two-day stay, the used towels weren't replaced after the first night. The complimentary water was also just haphazardly placed on the table. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, the service felt quite inconsistent and unprofessional.
I do appreciate that they proactively contacted me about an item I left behind and assisted with shipping it back.

GGregooWas a decent hotel room, was nice and clean apart from the toilet when we first got there though that was cleaned up straight away on request.
We booked a non smoking room but when we first got there it had a smoke smell due to the door being left open throughout the day. All cleared up after an hour or two.
Breakfast was nice and lots to choose from.
Fairly close to the town and shops, about a 10min walk.
Lots of shops to see.
Staff was friendly although they don't speak English and my Chinese isn't great 😂 lucky my partner is Chinese.
All in all I would definitely recommend staying here if you visit.

GGuest UserFacilities: The facilities and equipment are very complete and can be used normally. The air conditioning has an excellent cooling effect.
Hygiene: Good hygiene, clean bedding, and the mattress is a hard series with good support and no collapse.
Environment: The entire lobby is all dry-hanging stone + crystal chandeliers. The dome in the elevator room is very design-oriented and has a Gothic architectural style! This time, I was arranged in a renovated room. The interior decoration is modern and simple. The entire lighting effect is very bright. I don’t feel any depression in it.
Service: The service is quite enthusiastic. Any needs will be arranged first. The service response is very fast. Thumbs up👍
This hotel is booked for the first time. The location is excellent. It is just outside the Liunan subway station. It is also within walking distance to Zhonglou Street. It is the best choice for watching concerts or traveling in Taiyuan❤️

Very satisfied with the hotel service, stayed for three consecutive days, fruits were delivered to the room every day, the hotel front desk has a variety of homemade juices to drink every day, and the buffet breakfast is also very rich. When I told the auntie that the water in the room was finished, the auntie was generous and brought us five bottles of mineral water at a time. In addition, we had an early flight in the morning, and the hotel also prepared breakfast for us to take in the car.

QQianxun19701002Opposite to Taiyuan Railway Station (not the high-speed railway station), it is convenient to join Shanxi tour groups, and the tourist distribution center is nearby. The room is relatively large and has heating, which makes it comfortable to stay in winter. The facilities are a bit old, the bathroom shower room is small and the shower head is high, which makes it inconvenient to wash your hair. The bath water goes down slowly, the bedding is comfortable, 4 bottles of mineral water are provided every day, and the breakfast is good for 28 per person. There are also many small restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which are convenient for eating and buying things. There is eight-treasure porridge provided by the front desk every night. In general, the price is quite cost-effective at this price.
