GGuest UserI booked this hotel in a hurry, but the experience was great. First of all, it is located in Guanjia Lane. If you are tired of shopping at night, you can just walk back. If you want to take pictures in the morning, it feels like you have booked the whole place. The decoration of the hotel is also very unique, and the lady at the front desk is very friendly. This time, time was tight, so I only stayed for one night. If I go again, I will definitely stay here again.

The only complaint is the breakfast noodles. Although there is not much expectation for the beef noodles brought by the hotel breakfast, it is still very different from the impression of ” Xiangyang beef noodles”. It is recommended to change the name and simply call it ”breakfast noodles”.

The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the work is meticulous, and the check-in is smooth and efficient. Members can check out until two o'clock, which is very user-friendly. Breakfast tastes online, self-service laundry room is clean and tidy, multiple laundry and drying equipment is very practical, and there is a self-service luggage storage service, cost-effective, highly recommended!

I spent two nights at Quanji Hotel in Xiangyang, and I left with a mix of impressions some solid wins, one or two quirks, and a sense that this place knows what travelers like me actually want after a long day of sightseeing or meetings.
First impressions
- Exterior and lobby: Modern, clean, and uncluttered. The lobby feels calm, not trying too hard to impress you, which is nice after a long train ride. The check-in process was smooth, with staff who spoke enough English to help, but not so much that you felt talked down to.
- Location: Pretty convenient depending on what you’re here for. It isn’t in the center of Xiangyang’s busiest streets, but you’re within a comfortable walk or short ride to key spots, plus there are eateries nearby that aren’t overhyped tourist traps.
Room and comfort
- The room itself was a solid 4-star vibe: tidy, well-lit, and surprisingly quiet for a hotel in what feels like a busy area. The bed was comfortable—firm enough to support a good night’s sleep but soft enough that you don’t feel like you’re lying on a board.
- Amenities: Decent desk space if you’re traveling for work, reliable Wi-Fi, and a reasonable layout. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and a practical layout. A few small things felt a touch “budget-first” like standard toiletries and a shower curtain rather than a glass enclosure—but nothing deal-breaking.
- Cleanliness: Overall good. Housekeeping did a thorough job during my stay, and I didn’t notice any telltale corners being overlooked. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable dropping your gear and not worrying about dirt or mess.

- Front desk and staff: Friendly and helpful. They stood by for recommendations on dining and local spots without turning the conversation into a sales pitch. When I asked for directions or a printout of an itinerary, they were efficient and patient.

The whole hotel smells of lavender. The lady at the front desk is very friendly. The breakfast was rich and fresh. I especially like the beautiful lady working at the front desk. She was so warm and generous that it was hard to say goodbye. The first impression is that it is clean and beautiful, and the room is very quiet and warm to live in, and the service is very good. The room attendants are also very nice, and the breakfast aunt is also very enthusiastic. I will stay here again in the future. It is highly recommended and very cost-effective!

XXinqingdefangfeiThe location is OK, next to the Xiangyang Railway Station Square. The size of the hotel is okay and the hygiene is okay. The carpet is stained in some places and looks uncomfortable.
The most uncomfortable thing is that the paper bag and slippers are marked with a ”take away fee”. This is the first time I have seen this situation in a hotel in Hong Kong and Macao in the past 20 years when I have been traveling.
