食事も大変良かった

At the time of my booking through Trip.com, I prepaid for my room and for all of my breakfasts. Unfortunately they claimed that they did NOT received payment from Trip.com for any of my breakfasts even though I showed them my receipts that they in fact were prepaid but they chose to decline. As a result, I had to double pay for all of my breakfasts. I also found bugs on top of my bed and in the restroom, a disgusting health issue. And lastly I experienced an attitude problem from an older gray hair lady. No, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is located just outside the city centre, easy access by car. The centre is accessible by foot. A parking is available on site in addition. The room was clean and quite large but has only one window that serves the door. There is therefore little light.

The surrounding of the chateau is really marvelous. The room is perfect, bed is okay. Nights are really quiet. So a perfect stay if you like the real rural area.
