港女亂遊We had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect; it takes just a few steps to walk right onto the beach. Although the hotel doesn't face the beach directly, we were pleasantly surprised that we could still catch a lovely glimpse of the sea from our room.
We stayed in a triple room, and it was incredibly spacious with plenty of moving space for everyone. It came with all the essential amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean, functional, and well-maintained.
This hotel is an excellent choice for families looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

The house owner, Martin, was great with serving customers and willing to share his ideas. The room had enough amenities, such as a clean washroom. Other than that, you can see some beautiful paintings around the hotel.

Soon has we walked into the Premier inn, Llandudno,
We were welcomed by a pleasant, polite ,friendly young man,
Booked in, in seconds,he told us our options for meals,
The room was nice and tidy and very quiet. The staff working on the bar were polite also. The young lady on reception in the morning ( has we were leaving)was pleasant and polite too. Overall a great stay.

Guest UserThe room is simple yet practical, offering great value for money. It's a bit far from the main scenic beach, but since we were driving, it wasn't an issue. The view from the hotel entrance is excellent, and the service is very attentive. A special shout-out to the breakfast – it was the best I had during my entire UK trip.

A lift available to all floors, room was nice and clean, en-suite was also clean and tidy with underfloor heating, which was a nice surprise., reception area was nice and tidy too, shown how to use the front door as it gets locked in the evening. Chose to eat breakfast at the hotel, full breakfast from £8.50p with a vegetarian option, no evening meals available but other hotels near by and some pubs serve food. Saturday morning I went around the Great Orme it really does have fantastic views, benches are dotted around so you can sit and take in the views.

External of hotel was covered with scaffolding and the main entrance closed - a disappointing start! The sea-facing room we'd reserved was in need of decoration and maintenance. Floorboards squeaked and moved; carpets on the stairs to the bedrooms were in very worn and needed replacement; the bathroom needed updating and the window in the bedroom was in a really poor state. Meals were, however, of good quality. There was a wide range of choice for breakfast. Dinner in both the main restaurant and the bar restaurant was also of good quality.

Guest UserThe hotel itself is on the Promenade. We found parking opposite the hotel ver convenient and for only £5.40 for 24 hrs.
We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, beds were really comfortable and we had a sea view which was a bonus. Breakfast was about average for a self service, tasty bacon and sausage, and the tea served in a proper teapot was lovely.
The reception staff were very informative and friendly. This hotel mostly caters to coach holidays so I would not say it would appeal to younger people.
There was bingo and entertainment on the 3 nights we stayed which nice for the mainly elderly visitors.
Overall a very good place to stay
