AAnonymous UserI assume the hotel is still new. Interior is nice and they have a small common area outside for bbqs or small gatherings. Everything from the reception was great, we even got to check in early. Extra points for the bedding, they were super soft i had the best sleep 😍

FFarell SalvadorGreat place for travellers wanting to be close to the West Bus Terminal which gets you to Kochkor and Bokonbaevo. Walking distance of 300m only. The experience staying in this guesthouse was amazing. The staff were so welcoming with cheerful smiles. The place has that homely experience with a touch of kyrgyzstan vibes. I highly recommend this place for stay. Its worth the money.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very modern, new, and has many amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful with everything. The reception staff is excellent. The rooms are very clean, and the breakfast is spectacular. We had dinner at the hotel, and the food and prices are good.

GGuest UserOverall, room was spacious and as described. Toilet flush was getting stuck a lot.
Location is near the Osh Bazaar and as per the locals, the area is a bit unsafe at night. Location is further away from Ala-Too Square and those areas.
The kitchen was useful. The courtyard is large and spacious and good for resting if you don't want to go out to sightsee when it's hot.
The front desk could look into better restaurant recommendations. The ones they recommended were soso.
Overall, good value for price. I would stay here again.

GGuest UserWe love the hotel as it is right in the citycentre. Therr is a mini market and fastfood restaurant just next to the hotel. There is free water refill both cold and hot. And there is free flow of coffee and tea. The receptionist is very helpful. She arranged for our private car transfer from Bishkek direct to our hotel in Almaty. Recommended!

AAde Rachmat IZconvenient location,near shopping malls.clean rooms.disadvantages:the electric panel often rang,almost every time,very noisy,disturbing sleep.the power voltage is also often going up and down. the reception staff some are fluent & some are not fluent in english.the worst restaurant staff,barely understand english at all,it is difficult to order food. Shuttle to airport provided, a little expensive but the car is decent & efficient.

TThanis T.The hotel is located in between the Alatoo square and the Osh bazaar so it’s not too bad. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. However my experience with the hotel should be noted by travelers and the hotel owner. Upon arrival, I was given a key to a room. When I opened the room, another guest was sleeping inside the room. I was shocked. Then I went back to the reception and was assigned another room. This time the room was not properly prepared. A vacuum cleaner was still inside the room and the bed was not made. My concern with security (as in anyone can easily enter your room with a key while you are sleeping) made the whole stay unpleasant.

MMAHK JIt was a newly opened hotel, so it was very clean and I liked it.
The day I went, I was the only customer on the first day of the opening, so I felt like all the staff were watching me and moving.
Breakfast was cooked and brought to me, and I was able to enjoy a cappuccino.
