초초롱로이I specifically requested a quiet room, and they immediately accommodated it! And with the ocean view, waking up every morning put me in a great mood :)
The towels folded cutely on the bed were also adorable.
Everything was perfect, except for the dim lighting in the room. The chair was too old; if it were replaced, the room would feel much more luxurious. Of course, it was still functional.
Housekeeping came to clean the room at 11 AM, but I declined and instead received fresh towels and toiletries. The housekeeper was very kind, and so was the person at the lobby.
The bathroom was clean and spacious. However, the showerhead was dirty and wouldn't stay in place, falling off every time I turned on the water. It seemed many others had dropped it too, as there were many signs of breakage, and the next morning I found it had fallen off and broken. Still, when I mentioned it, they replaced it right away.
Oh, and at night, the lights suddenly went out, which surprised me. A staff member came to reset the circuit breaker for us.
The kitchen room on the reception floor was incredibly well-equipped, so I was able to cook. It had an induction hob, oven, microwave, and beyond just pots, there were also frying pans, various utensils, dishes, and plates, plus a separate dishwashing area. It was all very well-maintained and clean. There was also a water dispenser and a coffee machine, so I enjoyed cappuccinos, espressos, and hot chocolates every morning. It was fantastic!

BBohemianRNeat, clean, well decorated and great service by the staff. It was my first time at the hotel and the staff were very helpful in leading me to the location by sending one of their team members who took my heavy trolley and helped me reach the hotel. I received a welcome personalised message on a letter styled card by the hotel manager to make me feel welcomed. The room was nice that had a balcony , I was pleased with the bathroom size, the presence of the bath gel and hand gel large sized bottles. Well furnished and WiFi working well. They also have a cafe and restaurant area for breakfast. I recommend this hotel also because the location is ideally located.

GGuest UserThere is no problem with the room. The sea view room I chose is actually very small. It is not very convenient to go out and it is super close to the balcony next door. If you don't pull the curtains, you can see each other clearly. Then the sea view can see a little bit from a distance. The whole street is under construction, opposite to 2 or 3 closed hotels that are being renovated, which is a bit strange at night. The front desk is very good, and the plug on the wall of the room has a socket that directly uses USB or Type C port, which is very convenient. The location is also very good, it is very convenient to go anywhere, one step away from the bar street, overall suitable for backpackers.

SSmtanjaI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are very clean and well maintained, which made my stay very comfortable.
The location of the hotel is excellent – everything is close by and easily accessible, making it perfect for both relaxing and exploring the area.
A special thank you to Mohammed at the reception desk. He is very pleasant, kind, and truly makes guests feel welcome. His friendliness and professionalism really stood out during my stay.
The only small downside is that there isn’t much fresh air in the room. There is a window, but it opens toward the other rooms, so you don’t really get direct fresh air from outside.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

MMoon juLocation was nice but very near to Parceville so you have to consider that there will be loud club sound while you are sleeping at night. In the very middle of the night, there was a black out in my room and we called the receptionist and they came right away and fixed it. Overall, the service was nice and receptionist always did their best

GGuest UserI’m had a single room with balcony and sea view booked. The location was great - Valetta a bus journey away as was Mdina and Rabat. Bus service is excellent.
The room was adequate for me. However the noise from the road and downstairs bar was not good. Glass doors ineffective for noise screening.had to buy earplugs. Also the cleaning was sporadic and I had to ask everyday for my room to be cleaned, despite a sign on the door. I was told they have until 5 pm to clean rooms - really! I also found a cockroach in the room.
It was really reasonable cost but would not pay the hiked prices in summer and no, would not stay again.

Breakfast includes some bread and tomatoes and cucumbers including croissants, several kinds of cheese and ham, jams and boiled *, yogurt cereal, coffee machine and juice machine there is. apple and orange.
The room is large and has a balcony. With hair dryer and soap. There is also a refrigerator. Towels are also changed every day and they are cleaned. Check-out is easy to just put the key in the box. There is also a rooftop pool, but it was cold so I didn't use it, but it is a small and cute pool.
The unfortunate point is the noise caused by the oldness of the equipment and the construction of the neighborhood.
The flush button in the toilet was broken. It can be flushed, but there is always a sound of water. The shower head was also a little broken and it was difficult to use. The air conditioner was not on and it was a little cold at night, no matter what daytime. The most difficult thing was the noise. Construction is being carried out in front of me from morning till evening, and I feel the rattling and shaking. In addition, people were noisy at night and noisy. (Is it because it is a city) I think it is basically a good inn considering the price.

AAM25We stayed for 5 days in a triple room, which is very small, the terrace was also small with only one chair and space for one person. Breakfast was ok, a variety of dishes. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which we didn't use. We had a problem with the toilet flushing, so we had to use a shower hose. The hotel is in a great location in St. Julians. You can ask for additional things at the reception and they will bring them to you in a few minutes.
