JJulia Alfaro AraujoThe apartment was very clean but it smelled really bad, like durian or garbage that was kept too long in the room. The bed was comfy & the toilet was clean. Only the smell was the minus thing in the apartment.

The check in process was smooth and the staff were very helpful, parking charges capped at RM 6 per day (24 hours), the place was not that hard to search if you follow Google maps/waze instructions. Overall I'm very happy for my stay and hope to visit again next time. 😊

DdyhxIt's essentially Airbnb style apartment though I booked through Trip. Self check in and out process which they gave clear and detailed instructions and the team was pretty responsive via WhatsApp.
Note that they do not provide any disposable amenities so bring your own toothbrush/toothpaste. And own hairdryer too. They do provide hand soap, body wash and shampoo.
We got a 2 bedroom apartment, which we realized was a duplex apartment only when we got here. So one of the rooms is upstairs where you'll need to go up 1.5 flights of stairs. Each room came with a queen sized double bed that was firm and 2 towels. The room above came with an ensuite bathroom inside the room, while for the ground floor room, the bathroom is outside the room. Bathroom was spacious with a standing shower.
Our apartment was on the 25th floor that had a great view of the city, and you could see as far as Genting when the weather is good.
The swimming pool at the rooftop was great too, odd shaped but on one side it's a full lap length, there's also a jacuzzi at one end.

GGuest UserThe hotel’s location is great! Lots of amenities such as eateries, salon, massage shops and a shopping mall surrounding it. The room is clean and comfortable. Could be better if the room has more noise / sound proofing - but not a deterrent for another stay next time.

GGuest UserWe booked a total of three split-level rooms, but only two complimentary parking spaces were provided, and the third one was charged. We had informed the person in charge that we need 3 parking space before check-in, and he confirmed that it was acceptable, but upon arrival, we were still required to pay for the additional parking.

WweikanThe hotel location is strategic, outsite lot of parking and walking distance to get food and mini MARKET.
Comment:
1. Interior of hotel is not really renovated, found water is drop from ceiling at corridor.
2. Found same moset in the room is soft to step on and toilet cleanliness is average.
Hope the comment can be improve in future.
Anyway, I'm still enjoy to stay the hotel with the low price
