3-Star Hotels in Collin County

We had a 3 day stay for golf outing and attended the CJ Cup Byron Nelson tournament.  Our stay at the Denizen made our stay more enjoyable due to the location of local restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.  We had a round of golf at Watters Creek which is close to the Denizen as well.  We will definitely return and stay at the Denizen due  to friendly staff and cleanliness of the facility.

My mother and I were in town for medical appointments. The hotel was convenient to Hwy 75, Sam Rayburn Expressway and North Central Expressway. The room was exceptionally clean. The sitting area plus the bed was a great combo. The tv was huge and was turnable from couch to bed. The bathroom had what we consider a walk-in shower. The breakfast was the best of any hotel we have ever stayed.

The overall stay experience is good, the hotel is conveniently located, there is a gas station in front, and there is a Target supermarket nearby. It is very convenient for daily shopping and supply. Whether it is travel or purchasing daily necessities, it is very worry-free and suitable for business travel. Overall satisfactory, it is recommended!

I think it's the best value hotel. It's close to Koreatown and in a good location.

All the bath essentials were empty when getting in there. The beds were a bit hard. Pillows were Mediocre and end up being hard after an hour of laying on them. Shower/tub had a little Mold around the edges. No free coffee available downstairs like they use to have. Service was very friendly. Pool looked a bit dirty. The price is not worth the stay. I’ve stayed in way nicer places for A lot less. Mediocre hotel for me. I should have just picked the one down the road that was nicer stay at quality inn for half the price. I thought hiltons were supposed to be to be way better than this for this price.

The room was spacious and clean. There are many shops nearby, making it safe. It's also close to an outlet mall. My whole family was satisfied with this hotel. Best of all, the price was reasonable. I highly recommend it.

Stayed for the second time, of course, overall satisfaction. However, when I go to this room type, facing the road, my classmates who mind may as well change to the standard room opposite the corridor. The beds are large, the room hardware is OK, the lobby has boiling water, coffee, ice water, breakfast is generally the same, in my opinion, the old beauty has ingredients to do it is also difficult to eat. It is estimated that tourists will not come to this hotel, there is nothing to play nearby. I came twice, Silverline to and from the airport, and I didn't catch a glimpse of downtown Dallas. It was a pity.

Breakfast is general, the variety is less, the location is a bit biased, it is best to have a car, the parking lot is a lot, the room is large, the environment is good, very quiet, cost-effective

The hotel is well-located and convenient for long stays. However, the housekeeping service is quite minimal, offering only a “refresh service,” which primarily involves changing towels. For a full cleaning service, guests must request it in advance at no additional cost through reception. Despite this, the staff is very friendly, and the hotel itself is comfortable and well-maintained.

The hotel environment is quite nice, but many things in the hotel room are broken. The bathroom exhaust fan and ventilation system are not working, the microwave is unusable, and the room phone doesn't work. Additionally, the staff's progress is very slow, and they only take action after being repeatedly urged. Therefore, I can only give it two stars.
