3-Star Hotels in Kansas City

The room is very good and big. Friends who come out of China remember to bring their own slippers and toiletries. The people here are very warm, especially the little brother in the middle, who is very warm and good. So I want to tip alone, but I don't have change. So I'm sad

The hotel is very new. There is an indoor swimming pool on the first floor. It should be regarded as a highlight. The breakfast is hot. There are various burgers. You can also bake waffles. There are three kinds of milk. Low fat and skim can be selected. The most satisfying is the arrival of the evening flight. Call the airport security phone on the first floor of the airport. Directly help transfer the hotel, the hotel will be there three or four minutes after the power is connected, like it.

Exceptional service. Recommend to anyone. 100! I came all the way from Asia and expect a normal stay in kansas city during my world cup travel. Out of expectation, I made a mess re my booking, credit card payment and luggage. With God's help sending an angel, Lucy at the check-in counter gave her 200 percent effort and patient to help me sort every single thing out. Without her, i wouldnt get my confirmation of stay and my luggage. I peacefully settled down. The service is 100/100.

The room was great, and the facilities were excellent too. I had to catch a flight at 3 AM, and due to a payment issue, I couldn't book a taxi. A young lady at the front desk, working the night shift, kindly helped me communicate with a driver waiting outside. He drove me to the airport, and I'm incredibly grateful for her service. She's a truly kind person. For some reason, my flight didn't take off. I kept trying to call the hotel's front desk, but couldn't get through. Around 7 AM, I asked Trip.com if they could contact the hotel to see if I could extend my stay in the same room and check in early. I was willing to pay extra. When I got back to the hotel, I spoke to an older woman at the front desk, who had just started her shift. She said I had to book first before she could tell me if early check-in was possible. I explained that if early check-in was an option, I would book another night. She refused, and it became a frustrating loop where I couldn't book a room. Trip.com customer service was very proactive in trying to contact the hotel for me, but they only got through once in three hours. I mentioned that there was always someone at the front desk, so I still don't understand why the calls weren't going through. Big thanks to Trip.com. In the end, I went to another hotel nearby. The front desk staff there were incredibly nice and allowed me to check in early. They also told me that the woman at the other hotel's front desk, who said I had to book first to check on early check-in, was completely out of line.

The hotel rooms are very comfortable and well-equipped, very suitable for work, vacation and leisure. The environment is clean and tidy and very quiet. The downside is that you have to pay for parking, and guests who drive themselves have to pay extra. But the front desk guy is very good and helped me waive it this time. The location of the hotel is very good and the transportation is convenient The Wi-Fi provided by the hotel is relatively stable.

The hotel was wonderful, the staff at the front desk could’ve been a little more friendly. They did their job, but just a little more on the customer service side and being more greeting and welcoming would’ve been nice… Otherwise the place was great!

Our stay was great for what we needed. Staff was very attentative and housekeeping was on point. The breakfast buffet with made your way eggs was a nice touch. We enjoyed the evening reception every evening after a long day of sports. We would definitely return.

I really liked the stay here, the rooms are very spacious. The bathrooms are completely clean. Breakfast? The best part! The waffles and the attention of their service have been excellent

Check in was easy. When we arrived to our room it had a strong air freshener smell and the temperature was warm. We went to turn on the tv and the hdmi and cord for the tv were missing. I called the front desk and they came up immediately and fixed the tv. He informed me that they had just deep cleaned and painted the room. Once the tv cords were found I took off my shoes. I noticed the floor was wet. I assumed when they deep cleaned they shampooed the carpets. Didn’t sleep very well because the people upstairs sounded like they were wrestling or bouncing balls. Called the front desk again to inform them of the noise and they took care of it. It did take all night for the room to cool down and the air kept shutting on and off. It wasn’t an awful stat but could have been better. Oh and the breakfast wasn’t very goood.
