Extremely clean and well maintained, this space is conveniently located a few minutes from the downtown area, Central Plaza, Fairmont Park, and walking distance from Riverside's well known Mt. Rubidoux Hike; a 1-mile trek that gives a stunning view of the entire city. There is a park across the street that kids love which also has a nice walking path. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Access to Wifi, washer/dryer, 2 car garage, and more!The downstairs living area is a great place for guests to gather and relax. Here you will find the kitchen, dining room, living room and a 1/2 bath conveniently located in the entrance hallway. When you head upstairs you will find the two rooms which are joined by a jack and Jill style bathroom (2 separate vanity areas with one full bath in the middle). The garage is conveniently attached to the condo so no need to worry about having to leave the space if you need to run to your car.
