3-Star Hotels in Wilmington

The check-in associate was the friendliest person I have encountered in a really long time. The Hotel was clean inside and out. There was many restaurants in close proximity.

The hotel is very clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the bath towels are dry and easy to use. The room was a bit small, the twin room looked a bit cramped, but there was not much luggage for business trips. The breakfast was rich and delicious and the service was good. I like their lobby very much.

1. The hotel is adjacent to the Hilton Garden Hotel, with a beautiful surrounding environment. The neighborhood is a high-end community, sharing supermarkets, restaurants and other fully furnished commercial centers; 2. The hotel is in a moderate location. It takes only 10 minutes to drive to Reitzwell Beach and 15 minutes to Wilmington city center, which is very convenient. 3. Room type and health are good, especially suitable for family vacations; The services are also better.

Great hotel, mainly new, very new, so everything looks good, the front desk attitude is also very good, overall I feel that the price-performance ratio is very high. The location is a little bit near downtown, because I booked an Italian restaurant next to it, so I stayed here, and it was surprisingly great. Go out to the river on the left and the sea on the right, both are very fast!

Check in process was not smooth due to room keys not programming correctly at check in. We were sent upstairs to “try” the key which of course didn’t work. The hotel staff was very kind about it and came up to let us into the room until keys could be programmed. The major disappointment was our room. It had 2 doubles which is perfect for family traveling, but the glass shower is front and center with a view from every direction within the room and from the exterior hallway. Not a family friendly stay.

Everything is clean close to the beach and people friendly

The location was ok just trying to get out and head to the beach. And the hotel is pet friendly so be prepared to heard barking and or whinnying. The breakfast was ok but they do not serve bread until the weekend.

Great place to stay! The staff are extremely kind and helpful

The location is excellent, the parking is convenient, the room space is large, the service attitude is very good, the lobby has local tourist attractions, as well as local food descriptions, adjacent to the big shopping malls, convenient shopping.

Front Desk team was very welcoming and accommodating to my room-change request. The breakfast setup was kept clean and organized. I loved the cookies offered at the front desk.
