"I recommend this hotel for its good ratio quality price. It is located in a new city of Halong among modern buildings in a neo classic French architecture style. Not far from the beach, several bars and restaurants. My room was, despite not having a window with a view, very clean and functional as well as the bathroom with all necessary hygiene products.
The AC was very useful. The personal was kind and helpful."

KKim Huệ LêThis is genuinely the first time I've booked a room that I'm so incredibly pleased with. The owner welcomed me very warmly. The room was spotless, even though I arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected. Everything in the room was new, clean, and meticulously prepared and organized. A bonus was the complimentary fruit box. Although it wasn't much, it was a lovely gesture after a long journey and I really appreciated it. And I was so lucky to book a room with a bay view. Oh, even on a business trip and studying, I felt so motivated! Another plus is that I arrived right during Christmas, and they were so thoughtful to decorate the room. So I didn't even need to go anywhere to get lots of great photos! I will definitely be staying here again next time.

Pay attention to what is included or not in your room (water in the fridge not complimentary water outside is complimentary instead) because it's confusing and they let us pay for the water
You can book a motorbike at the lobby for a good price

GGuest UserInitially, when we first arrived, I didn't really understand what kind of place it was. There is a construction site around, fences on the way to the beach, a disco on the beach at night, to which we didn't immediately understand how to get. But then I appreciated all the advantages of the location of this hotel. 5 minutes in one direction and you are in the European restaurant Papa's. 5 minutes in the other and you are on the beach with a shower. There are several supermarkets nearby, if you need to buy more, you can take a taxi to Winmart. Of the entertainment nearby attractions, you can also try yourself in a nearby casino, and go on a sea cruise on Halong Bay. Just wonderful. We wanted to stay for a week, but we decided to extend our stay for more. The fact that many hotels around are closed is wonderful! But the beach is empty, by the way, no sand fleas were found on it. And a lot of cafes and restaurants with delicious food in any direction of the coast. We didn't make a mistake with the choice of place! As for the staff and the hotel itself, it is very friendly and polite. Cleanliness is fine, but I don't advise eating in the room so that there are no midges. There is water in the shower dripping on the floor in the toilet, but for this I will not lower the rating, for me this minus is insignificant. The beds are hard, but not a problem: in the closet you will find additional blankets that you can put for softness. In general, my recommendations! I'm glad we've been here

GGuest UserОчень красивый номер с хорошим профессиональным дизайном. У меня был Особый номер. Он с ванной как минибассейн. И вообще комната очень красивая и кондиционер не дует на человека. Все продуманно хорошо. Комната находится над рестораном и слышимость большая была, но ночью все тихо и переулок там тихий. Красивый район хоть и жилой. Там можно найти магазины и еду, даже хороший массаж есть если дойти до многоэтажки. Рекомендую кстати. Местные вечером плавают в заливе, вода чистая, хоть и написано что нельзя купаться.Поэтому идите вечером на набережную.
Завтраки хорошие -выбор по меню. Красивое оформление блюд. Персонал отзывчивый. Иногда есть не понимание с европейцами, но они быстро перестраиваться и стараются помочь и решить проблему. Главное им сказать что не так. Просто разница менталитета. Единственное что было не очень у меня в комнате это отсутствие влажной уборки полов. Это было заметно и комната не выглядела свежей. Но менеджер сказал что решить эту проблему.
В общем, все хорошо. Отель тихий и не большой. Еда вкусная.

RRobS.is basically an artificial city that has been built, sort of like Disneyland with planned out streets, but I will also say with a facade. A lot of the buildings are not even finished, missing windows and doors and are just the structure. Other storefronts, when I was there, were locked up. Part of the explanation, it was off-season, but still, I saw storefronts and hotels that were fully equipped and they were locked. Staying at this hotel, the rooms were very nice with very new furnishings but the bed was, bluntly, quite hard.
There was only one staff member but the stay was quiet and very pleasant. I will complement the hotel booking staff, they were very helpful and fixed a problem.
Unfortunately, no restaurants were open and we had to take a taxi to a nearby restaurant with the weather cold and not pleasant, I ended up not staying my booked time and left to go back to Hanoi and the much more vibrant city with restaurants and people

DDannMy experience in this hotel was very good. In general everything in this hotel is good for the price but what stands out here is the service, the young girl at the reception made my trip to Ha Long city very easy, she basically helped me with everything, she helped me to rent a motorcycle, booked a taxi, indicated where to find good restaurants, she even got me the ticket for the cruise to Ha Long bay way cheaper than in the other places; she did everything for me. I really appreciate the service at this hotel, it has been by far the best experience in terms of service I've had in Vietnam so far. Thank you very much guys! I will stay here again in the future! (100% recomended).

AAnonymous UserVery comfortable beds, nice owner. The location is very quiet and close to the beach but quite far from the center.
We had a room towards the street and they were playing very loud music from a nearby place in the night, which was a bit annoying. But with earplugs it was alright to sleeo.

The breakfast was in abundance very sweet owner beautiful women ( I’m thinking she is retired) we stayed across the hall from her room she gave me grapes 🥰
The reception staff are very helpful and kind in their manner
The new build on the rooftop pool is something to see when it’s done I’m sure for the price a great stay and would stay again we did 2 nights
Hires a scooter which is a must to see the sights go over the bridge great coffee shops and lots of buzz this area is alive with hotels but not many restaurants

GGuest UserQuiet area, clean hotel, friendly staff. The location is away from “the centre” but that didn’t matter as it was nice and peaceful. I would recommend it if you need to spend the night there to catch the ferry in the morning. And yes I would return!
