CClodyMeatstickStayed here for 4 nights and overall it was a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience.
On the first night, our room was quite unique — it had a round bed with a cage-like frame that resembled a birdcage. While it took up a lot of space and made the room feel a little cramped, it was certainly interesting and a creative setup, especially for couples looking for something different.
After that night, we requested a room change at the reception, and the staff were very accommodating. The second room turned out to be even better — spacious, cozy, and with a more relaxed atmosphere. Some rooms also have special themed furniture like unique chairs, which add to the experience for couples who want to try something beyond the usual hotel room setup.
The surroundings are convenient as well, with food options, coffee places, and even a small supermarket nearby. The best part is how quiet it is — no road noise, which made our stay peaceful.
I would recommend this hotel for couples, whether newly together or long-time partners, as it offers something a little different and fun to spice up your stay. If I get the chance to return, I’d love to try one of their other themed rooms.
Also, note that the hotel has more than one building, so there may be some variety in room styles. And there is not much cupboard space.

GGuest UserMy experience at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff made me feel truly valued as a guest. The room was modern, spotless, and well-maintained, with a beautiful view from the window. Housekeeping did an outstanding job every day. I enjoyed the variety and quality of the breakfast, especially the fresh fruits and pastries. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, the comfort, service, and atmosphere exceeded my expectations. I would gladly recommend this property to friends and return for another stay.

GGuest UserLocation is superb. Just across the Ben Thanh Market. Many foods at the hotel surrounding. Within walking distance to most of the places of interest in Ho Chi Minh.
Initially, I book the triple room but upon check in, the hotel staff informed us that the aircon in the room has some issues. So they gave us 2 double room instead without additional charges and they let us had early check in. We appreciate that.
The room size is considered small but the bed and pillows are very comfortable. We had a nice sleep every night.
Breakfast is very simple, taste ok, not crowded.
Will consider to book this hotel again in the future when we visit HCM.

The water for showering is very small. There is an exhibition nearby, so the price-performance ratio is relatively high. If you are not going to the exhibition, it is far to go to the city.

AAnonymous UserI was originally scheduled to leave Ho Chi Minh City for Cambodia on August 21st. However, due to policy changes, I had to cancel my trip to Cambodia, so I ended up staying a few extra days in HCMC before returning home. My usual hotel (of the same chain) was fully booked, which led me to this particular branch.
The hotel's location was inaccurately marked on the map, making it incredibly difficult to find. We spent a long time searching, and even though it's supposedly right by the roadside, their map directions were completely unhelpful.
Once we finally located it, the check-in process was riddled with issues. We had trouble getting into our room, tried contacting staff online but received no response, and it took a long time to even get properly settled in.
Overall, the environment, check-in process, and the entire experience were quite disappointing. To make matters worse, there's what seemed to be a karaoke bar (KTV) right next door, with singing continuing until the early hours of the morning, severely disrupting our sleep.
I definitely do not recommend this specific hotel. I suggest trying its sister property, 'Central Living Hotel', instead.

LLisia15I didn’t have the photos of the room. But the hotel location is very good, staff is very friendly and helpful (he even help me contacted to my bus station, since they changed the location). But I feel like the bed sheet is not changing even on the first day. I have put the cleaning sign for them to clean my room once I left, but when I come back it’s still the same.

AAleksandr P.We spent one night at the hotel. The location is very convenient: there are many travel agencies and food facilities nearby, and there is a beautiful park across the road. We were greeted warmly, but they didn’t show us to our room; we had to figure it out ourselves. The room has a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, kettle, toilet room with shower and toiletries. There is a lot of dust, which makes it impossible to touch and place things anywhere. The bed is clean, but the mattress is old, with bulging springs. You can spend one night, but no more.
