GGuest UserOur time at ngan le mot dem was amazing, what truly made our stay was the receptionist ‘Mia’ She was so polite and if we needed anything at all she would be the first to get it sorted. Rooms are beautiful and at such a good price, would highly recommended!

What touched us the most was not just the service, but the warmth and sincerity from every staff member.
Everyone was so kind and welcoming — especially Ms. Chen at the front desk, Duy, and the gentleman who helped us with our luggage (I didn’t manage to get his name, but thank you so much 🥹).
From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we never had to carry our luggage ourselves.
Under the hot sun, they even went out to the roadside to check if our car had arrived.
It’s these little things that made us feel so cared for.
We were traveling with children, and had requested a baby cot in advance.
But what we received was so much more than expected —
a kids pillow, blanket, safety bed guard, and even children’s storybooks.
Every detail was so thoughtful, it truly meant a lot to us as parents.
Breakfast may not have a huge variety, but everything was made with care and tasted delicious.
The fish porridge was especially sweet and comforting, and we loved the freshly made Vietnamese pho and egg dishes👍🏻
The location is also perfect —
just a short 3–5 minute walk 🚶🏻to
Ben Thanh Market, Pizza 4P’s, and nearby money exchange shops.
Most importantly, thank you for taking such good care of us during our stay.
Traveling with children can be challenging, and we feel so thankful and lucky that we chose your hotel.
Because of all of you, this trip became even more beautiful and memorable ❤️
We would definitely love to come back again🥰

AAnonymous UserWe stayed for six nights.
Pros:
- Excellent location in a tourist area, close to all amenities and shops.
- Polite service with excellent English.
- Daily towel changes, room cleaning, water, and toiletries.
- Great cafe right outside on the ground floor.
- Good breakfast from 7 to 10 AM, but the later you go, the less selection there is.
- Air conditioning works perfectly.
- Real plants with drip irrigation – very nice.
- At first glance, a cozy room with a balcony.
Cons:
- Due to the plants on the balcony, tiny bugs constantly crawl around the room, bed, and bathroom. They are harmless, like specks of sand, but caused a slight discomfort.
- The bathroom wasn't the cleanest due to humidity and old renovations. It was always cleaned, but it looked old and musty.
- Not all drinks were refilled daily, contrary to what some reviews mentioned. Initially, there was beer, Pepsi, tea, and water.
- Poor soundproofing; noises from the corridor and the neighboring room were audible.
- And most importantly – street noise. A closed balcony didn't help; there was noise on the street until midnight and starting at 9 AM. Sports broadcasts, hawkers, construction from neighboring buildings – everything was audible, as if you were right on the street. Since our balcony faced the street, we experienced this; perhaps there are other room options with windows facing inwards.
Overall, the hotel isn't bad for its price and genuinely tries to be good, but the longer we stayed, the more downsides we noticed. We wish them continued improvement!

TTammy y nI really enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful with anything I needed. I read some reviews that mentioned the street was noisy but it was not bothersome at all. It’s very peaceful and quiet in the evenings so I slept just fine, and the early morning you will hear street noise but that made for a better experience honestly. The city has a different energy early in the morning so why would you want to sleep in? I wish I could’ve stayed longer so I will definitely book here again on my next trip to the city. 😊

GGuest UserExcellent location, just a few steps away from the large Vincom shopping mall. Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral, the Opera House, museums, and Saigon Square are all within walking distance. The hotel has a lovely French charm; while not the newest, it offers a vintage yet very clean and comfortable feel. Hope to stay here again next time I visit Saigon.

*****赏樱花I went to Ho Chi Minh City with friends, but I didn't do my research well 😂. The hotel's location wasn't ideal; there was always traffic congestion, and it was quite far from the city center. If I were to go again, I think I would choose the Ben Thanh area. Otherwise, it was okay. It seems the hotel doesn't provide housekeeping for consecutive stays; we stayed two nights and they didn't give us new towels, so we had to ask the front desk for them when we got back at night.

龍龍名Stayed in May 2026. This used to be a hostel, but it's under new management now. The service was excellent, and they've repainted the place. All the amenities, including towels, have been replaced with new ones. The updated location isn't showing on Google Maps yet.

GGuest UserI stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. It was good for is to stay. Hotel is at the center, near by Futa bus, 7-11, Family mart. 10 mins to Walking street and 8 mins from Ben Thanh market.
Cleanliness should improve, i found the noodle in the pot and towel is broken; need check and change some stuffs. Have elevator. Close to everything :)
Staff is very kind, i asked for the bus and new towel and housekeeper asked me to change the towel and cleaning the room. :)
