4-Star Hotels in Baku

A wonderful, cozy, and stylish boutique hotel right in the heart of Baku. I spent a long time choosing where to stay, and this one caught my eye due to its design and location. My expectations were 100% met. The breakfasts are delicious; although the selection isn't huge, you definitely won't leave hungry. The restaurant where breakfast is served is small, but there was always space. On the first day, we came late for breakfast, and there wasn't much food left, so it's better to go earlier. I especially want to highlight how amazing the pastries are – simply incredible! **Hotel:** The hotel is located in a beautiful old building on Neftchilar Avenue. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We arrived at 2 AM and were checked in quickly and without any issues. **Location 10/10:** The promenade is very close by, and the Old City is just 100 meters away. **Restaurants:** There are quite a few restaurants and cafes near the hotel. The main ones include Novikov Cafe, Paris Bistro, Paul, a cheese factory, and a Starbucks just 5 minutes away. My overall impressions of the stay were very pleasant.

I recently stayed at Hotel Boutique 19 and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a stylish and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests or questions. One of the highlights was the hotel's attention to detail and the high standard of service throughout my visit. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and enjoy local attractions. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Boutique 19 and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, charming, and memorable hotel experience. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. Every day, the water (which was delicious) and toiletries were restocked. It's only a two-minute walk to the Old Town. There's a lot of food at breakfast, though I wouldn't say all of it is tasty, but there's a wide selection. You can try local cheeses. The staff brings delicious coffee right to your table. BUT there's ONE HUGE DOWNSIDE: the bars outside the window!!! Music blares until late at night and then again from 7 AM! At 1 AM, I had to put in earplugs, and even then, I could only fall asleep with them in because it felt like the music was playing right in my room. I specifically requested a quiet room because I had read about this issue in another review. Upon arrival, I reminded them again, and they promised me the room would be quiet. Yet, in the evening after our excursion, we were greeted by booming bass and music filling the entire room! Even after that, the reception insisted it was a quiet room... Silence is important to me, so despite all the hotel's positives, I won't be staying here again.

Отель на 3, сам отель очень уставший: мебель старая, двери с жуткими щелями - из-за чего все происходящее в коридоре очень слышно, не было вешалок в номере, а когда попросили предоставить - нам выдали металические из химчистки. По ночам администраторы с ресепшена каждый час курили во внутреннем дворе, что сильно мешало тем, чьи окна выходили в этот самый двор! На 2й день пребывания у нас забрали полотенце для ног и больше мы его не видели, хотя просили о нем. С 3го дня по окончание нашего пребывания в душе была еле теплая вода, мыться невозможно(( завтраки в целом разнообразные, но было ощущение, что салаты с нового года выставляли несколько дней подряд спустя. На одном из завтраков попробовала вафлю - была очень твердая, чуть зуб не сломала! По местоположению вполне подходит для посещения всех важных локаций центра пешком.

The hotel is beautiful, its prices are reasonable, and breakfast is included in the small suite. I previously stayed there in 2018. I highly recommend it. Its only drawback is that it is far from the airport when returning.

The hotel is in the old city. I do not recommend this hotel for stopping. First we were settled on the first floor, next to the resepshen bar, where everything was heard from the room because of the huge rift under the door and no noise insulation. The rooms are small and close . The shower was not closed at all and when using the whole floor and everything else would be in the water. The room was asked to change to a higher level with the surcharge, but it turned out not to be better. Beneath the door was the same big chunk and early in the morning there was a hearing of the morning side and the conversations of the staff and the settled as if they were in our room. I first encountered this. After long walks I wanted to sleep well before breakfast, but from 6-7 in the morning it was impossible. From the changes in the bath there was only a clutch that at least saved the situation a little. But after the shower, the water was standing on the floor across the bathroom for a couple more hours, which created inconvenience for the continued use of the bathroom. There is a water clutch to solve this problem. For the extra charge get almost the same room, but with a curtain and a floor above, it was not pleasant. Breakfast is normal, nice terrace. I don't recommend this hotel if you want to rest quietly.

Stayed here for little over 2 weeks. Didn't enjoy the breakfast in the hotel, just not to my personal taste. The gym is much tiny than the photos shown, very limited equipments and not well maintained, ie. The cycling machine is faulty. Used the room service couple of times, the food was not reasonably priced for the quality. Daily housekeeping not consistent, I can tell the cleaner just empty the bin and changed the towels. However, I didn't see shower and basin area getting cleaned up during my over 2 weeks stay, as it gets dusty. Towels provided had marks on it sometimes. Overall, I think my experience here is subpar, personally, will not stay here next time.

It's hard to say in a word, except that it's closer to the business office, there's really nothing else to say. The location is quite good, there is a mall nearby, close to the Caspian Sea beach, and there are two good Chinese restaurants not far away. But for some reason, the hotel's front desk is on the second floor. The entrance to the first floor is narrow and blocked by a broken board on one side. It feels very bad. I arrived early on the day of check-in, so I had to wait until noon to check in, but when I opened the door with a card and went in, there was a big brother sleeping soundly on the bed😪, so I had to go back and wait for another hour for cleaning and cleaning, which was embarrassing😳 The breakfast items at the end of the second floor are relatively small, so let's just have some. When I checked out, there was no one at the front desk in the morning, and no one came when I rang the bell. After waiting for a long time, I had to put down my card and leave. Summer is the peak tourist season. If other hotels were not fully booked and the price was not considered, there is a high probability that I would not stay in this hotel again.

The hotel room is very big, the breakfast is OK, the management of the swimming pool is average, and it is a bit far from the scenic spots that I want to visit in the city. There are many Chinese tourists staying in the hotel. It depends on personal choice

Excellent hotel for the money. Not the first freshness, but in general, everything is very decent. Breakfast is plentiful and quite varied. We were there in winter and it was a little unpleasant that there was no central heating, or rather that in order not to freeze, we had to turn on the air conditioner for heating, because of this, the air in the room was very dry
