MMiss-ZoeyThe hotel is in an excellent location and convenient for travel. There are many Japanese restaurants around.
The service is good, and a Dengo chocolate is given every night🍫
The room is a bit small, the room rate is a bit expensive, but there is nothing wrong with other things. The breakfast is also good, and you can order it a la carte for free.

The only drawback is the facade, which does not protect against the rain.

GGuest UserLucas is great at receiving guests and the reception team is helpful to get a technical colleague to resolve the internet connection issue so that I can have my VC smoothly held.
Room is clean and spacious, I like the design and tone. Breakfast is good enough for me and servers in the restaurant are helpful even though I didn’t speak any Portuguese.
Highly recommend this hotel even for foreigners !

XXumidedenghouaiThe hotel has a 2km from Polystar Street, which is a safer area. There is a Carrefour supermarket 400 meters near the hotel. It is very full of things and you need to bring it back to China. The hotel is a bit old and there is a taste. Overall price is OK

AAnonymous UserFacilities: The hotel is very large, though a bit dated. The hallways are long, and the gym is not located in the same building.
Cleanliness: Acceptable.
Environment: Nearby airport and highway.
Services: Shuttle bus service to the subway station and shopping malls is available, and taxis are available at the entrance.

FFrazierExcellent stay! Great for a weekend. Safe area too, breakfast was nice, good selection. Nice big room, bed is super comfy too. TV wasn’t to great, remote wasn’t working too well and very few of the channels worked. Tried to use the Gym and the treadmills and multi gym function wasn’t working/broken. Treadmill is actually pretty dangerous 😂 maintenance there for sure.
Apart from that would stay again, hoping these small things are fixed 😊

GGuest UserWe had a long flight of over 30 hours from China to Brazil and arrived at the hotel around 9:30 AM (Brazil time). We understand that the hotel may not be able to accommodate an early check-in, but we asked for help in at least being allowed to use the gym's shower room or any available facility to freshen up, as we had a meeting scheduled at 11:00 AM with a client. Unfortunately, after discussing our request, the staff rejected it due to hotel policy. We are quite disappointed with the service and hope the hotel might consider more flexible options for customers who have long flights. This would contribute to a warmer welcome and make guests feel more appreciated.

GGuest UserHotel is excellent, location is beautiful (near supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, popular A Casa do Porco). In 20-30 minutes walk of the sights (Praça da Sé, Cathedral of Sao Paulo, etc.). Classic gym. Guys on the resepschen are very friendly. Of the shortcomings - there was no fan and the balcony was dirty. Muito obrigada 💚🇧🇷
