Llittlecc16The space of the parent-child room is relatively large. The service staff thoughtfully added quilts and pillows. The pillows are very comfortable. The front desk provides free breakfast. The breakfast is very comfortable. There is haggis soup and freshly ground soy milk. It is healthy and hygienic. The room hygiene details are very clean. The service staff They are all very friendly. They poured hot tea when you entered. There are many books in the lobby of the hotel. There is also a laundry room in the restaurant. The laundry room is fully functional and can be used for washing and drying. It also has a garment steamer. The laundry products are also very professional. The hotel has a robot. , can deliver takeaways, very convenient, very close to the high-speed rail station, and there are many restaurants nearby. You can’t go wrong choosing Atour when you come to Zhangjiakou. The service is very good, with a smile!

11580156****Since it was the off-season, the hotel upgraded me to an InterContinental. As expected on a weekday, there were very few people. For dinner, I could only eat at the hotel, and the pizza set was quite good. Breakfast was relatively rich, and there seemed to be more staff than guests. They even helped deliver coffee. The coffee in the picture was freshly made by one of the ladies, which was very thoughtful. There's not much to do around the hotel, so after breakfast, I hit the gym and went for a swim. The equipment was very new, and the water temperature was just right. Having fewer people made for a great experience.

GGuest UserThis was my first stay here. We had a 3-bedroom family suite, perfect for a family stay. It was spread over two floors, which was great, featuring 3 bathrooms and a walk-in closet on the second floor. The suite was spacious, with a living room and an open-plan kitchen, plus a fridge and a washing machine, which was very convenient. The facilities were a mix of new and old, but the overall environment was acceptable. However, there was a strong smell of dog urine in the hallway, and even running an air purifier didn't help.
Upon check-in, the hotel offered complimentary hot spring tickets or movie passes. We chose the hot springs, which were quite good, featuring both indoor and outdoor pools. It was relatively peaceful and not crowded.
Breakfast had limited options, but the noodles, rice vermicelli, and wontons were delicious. The only downside was that it didn't open until 7:30 AM.
The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to and from the station, which was quite convenient. However, it doesn't pick up/drop off right at the hotel entrance, but at the town entrance instead.

CColleenYOI came for the hotel breakfast, specifically to experience having a seafood feast first thing in the morning, and it was truly excellent. The sashimi selection was just like what you'd find in a regular Japanese restaurant, with everything imaginable. If you have a big appetite, you could easily eat your money's worth, feeling like you got a 799 RMB per person meal. The other food items weren't perfunctory either; there was a wide variety of high-end fruits. While the quantity of each dish wasn't huge, it looked very exquisite. Overall, I was very satisfied. The hotel front desk and staff were all very helpful, proactive, and enthusiastic. The location is convenient, right in the ski rental hall, making dining very easy too.

2201161****The triple room was really great, very comfortable for three girls. It had a fridge, oven, and stove 😜. Both bedrooms had TVs so we could each watch what we wanted without bothering each other. The balcony offered a nice view, looking directly onto the beginner slopes, which made ski-in/ski-out super convenient.

BBEIZYDuring the National Day holiday, rooms in Taiwu Town were scarce and prices skyrocketed. Compared to other hotels, Ruijing Hotel's prices were relatively reasonable.
Facilities: The hotel is built on a hillside. For higher floors, multiple elevators need to be used, resulting in a long walking distance – a bit of an indirect workout. The hotel lacks central air conditioning and heating/cooling. There is also no swimming pool.
Cleanliness: Although there were no-smoking signs in the non-smoking rooms, there was still a lingering smell of smoke, indicating past guest negligence. Pushing the twin beds together revealed a hard-to-clean area under the beds, but housekeeping handled it promptly and properly, which was satisfactory.
Environment: The higher floors offer a direct view of Xue Ruyi, which is nice. During my stay in October, there was a large construction site 50 meters in front of the hotel, making the area dusty and muddy. Drainage repairs were also being done on the balcony platform. However, the noise was minimal and didn't disturb rest.
Service: The hotel service was generally good. Room service responded quickly and efficiently; the lobby platform was limited and crowded, but there was someone to assist with parking; at night, when I requested a heater, the male manager on duty quickly and efficiently arranged for one, which was generally satisfactory. Breakfast was average, nothing special. Dinner was at the buffet in the adjacent Vienna Hotel; the food was decent and the prices were reasonable.
I rarely stay at hotels under the China Travel Service group, so I hope local hotel groups will work harder and improve.

MM24975****I arrived in the morning and got a room upgrade immediately. The front desk staff were very professional and welcoming, and they gave me two ski passes that could be used for multiple days. A slight mistake this time was sending my skis to the ski equipment hall; I should have sent them directly to Shuanglong so I could ski in and out. Then we had the opening banquet, but it was so crowded we couldn't get any food. I should have come back to Shuanglong for dinner.

PpocketsunshineWe went in the low season so it’s value for the money. Very quiet at night and we had a good night sleep. The outdoor hot spring was way too hot that I could barely put in my foot. And it didn’t show the temperature. So end up we went back indoor for the hot spring. The location is quite far from everything. Bit hard for those who’s travel with public transportation.

1102786****Took my kids to Chongli for skiing this weekend. The front desk manager, Qi Qi, who handled our check-in, had an excellent and very warm service attitude. Seeing that I had children with me, she proactively helped us upgrade to a family room. To ensure the snowmaking machine wouldn't disturb our sleep at night, she arranged a room further away from the ski resort. The hotel's shuttle bus was very convenient, and it wasn't a long walk either. If you're coming to Fulong for skiing, Hotel Revitalization is definitely the place to stay!
