4-Star Hotels in Pas-de-Calais

Room was lovely and modern and clean. Lovely bathroom with an incredible shower 🚿 plus gorgeous toiletries and little extras like cotton buds, shower cap, ear plugs. Despite the room being small, there was plenty of storage. Neat little touches like a poem and local mineral water. Totally soundproof - didn't hear a thing from outside the room. Reception staff were delightful - friendly and helpful. Directly across the road from the Louvre-Lens so super handy for that. Also several free parking g spaces at the rear of the hotel which were greatly appreciated. Stylish and clean communal spaces. A fab hotel for a wonderful stay

Nice hotel, strategically located just outside the old city centre. Service is good. There's an underground garag, that is not very clearly advertised on the hotel website and marked on the road as the Holiday Inn garage. The bar is absolutely wonderful with very nice staff. I enjoyed my stay here and will come again

Not bad, I will stay on a business trip, I should come to live here next time I have the opportunity, I suggest you look at this one when you choose to stay, look at the display in the album or something.

Excellent stay in this SPA hotel, pleasant staff and varied and extensive breakfast. There is one hour of SPA included per day, but attention must be reserved to the slot (which eventually avoids blinding the SPA and allows relaxation).

We werden zeer goed ontvangen door ontzettend vriendelijke mensen. Ook het restaurant was zeer goed: een mooi en betaalbaar driegangenmenu met een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Het grote minpunt was echter het ontbijt. Het brood en vooral de viennoiserie waren van een bijzonder lage kwaliteit: duidelijk goedkope, afgebakken groothandelsproducten. Dat is erg teleurstellend in Frankrijk, een land dat juist bekendstaat om zijn uitstekende brood en patisserie. Ook de koffie was werkelijk ondrinkbaar slecht. Zowel de kwaliteit van de koffiebonen als de koffiekeuze pasten absoluut niet bij het niveau en de uitstraling van dit château. Jammer, want voor de rest hebben we een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad.

Nice location however the hotel car park it is not well signposted. Average breakfast for the price. No drawers in the room no minibar or fridge, very basic amenities for a 4 star hotel. The shower door in the bath went beyond the bath edge and allow water to go on the floor creating a paddle in the bathroom. The restaurant was a bit of a disappointing experience considering the price to pay for a mediocre dinner. The staff are completely oblivious to guests requests or suggestions. We ordered the deep fried squid and they were just served as finger food, piping hot when I asked for a plate to transfer the squid from a napkin cone with kitchen foil propping the squid to make it look plentiful, I was told tge you have to eat it with your fingers??. Pepper steak that tasted and looked terrible, the steak was cooked to the right temperature however burned on the outside, the so called peppercorn sauce was just a pan wash, no pepper at all, no stock or seasoning, it tasted like water and salt. I had a bottle of red Burgundy that I drink regularly and to my dissatisfaction on tasting the wine it was unbalanced, when I pointed this out to the staff, the wine was taken away somewhere in the back, the waitress then returned to say that her colleague had said that the wine was fine and that decanting it would correct the wine. The decanter was clearly chipped on the rim and I objected and requested at the least a non chipped one. The wine didn’t correct. Apart from the company of my wife and the garden surrounding all the rest was very unlike of what a 4 star hotel’s restaurant should provide. The grounds of the hotel are very relaxing and comfortable,

Hotel equipment is old, but very clean. Outside the room is a large grass, suitable for taking children out to play. It rained and mushrooms grew, and I saw hares. Opposite the hotel is a big shopping mall, it is very convenient to eat, but unfortunately it is not an apartment, you can't buy things and cook by yourself. The restaurant downstairs is also very good. We consumed with customers at night and the service was very good. It was more troublesome to speak French. Breakfast is DIY.

Lovely hotel. Although the staff were extremely friendly at reception, there was an issue with them saying I hadn’t paid and I had paid directly through Trip.com, there was no questions on checking out and just had to pay the city tax. Lovely big room which had an upstairs and balcony, think it was a family room as beds upstairs. Be warned the bath is very high and I fell out of the bath because I am short! Even my partner who is over 6 foot said it was high. Very clean, nice bar staff at bar. Swimming pool is nice but did get extremely busy. It is quite a walk from from the town 15-20 mins. Would go back and stay again.
