GGuest Useri would say everything was good almost perfect. its just there's no wash hand place inside breakfast hall and the pool time usage can be extend bit till 9pm. 8pm i feel unsatisfied as i come to mant places and back to hotel on night time

AAnonymous UserIt's a very great hotel with a very great location. Superb. Love the vibe and love the overall design. Love how it's funky yet still minimal.. When we checked in, there was complimentary drinks for us at the lobby and it was yummy. Upon booking we had requested some complimentary servings for us to celebrate our anniversary, and YES. We got it upon entering the room. It was very tasty and pretty. Apart from that the room was spacious enough for us couple + 2 toddlers. We got the baby cot as per request. Just a few downside that I think can be improved, first is the room door that is so easily opened by our children. There were no door stopper at the door or extra safety lock, it was quite inconvinienf for us cuz our kids were so curious and keep wanting to open the door. Then, the dustbins had no plastic and the toilet has no hose bidet, but a built-in bidet. That's all. Other than that, perfecto, especially the variety delicious breakfast buffet. There were literally almost everything we missed about Indonesia in the breakfast buffet, undescribable! Unforgettable. Would definitely come again in the future insyaAllah

SSov1sticatedOver the past 6 months, every time I've visited Bandung, I've chosen to stay at Harris, and this is my third time. Each visit, I notice an improvement in their service. When we first stayed, we had to buy bottled water and bring it to the hotel. A few months later, on our next visit, they had already installed a water dispenser, so buying water was no longer necessary. The location is fantastic, directly connected to a mall, and we even get free gym access at AF. Truly the best! I'll definitely be staying here again.

GGuest UserFor me, this hotel is the most recommended hotel if you’re looking for a reasonable price around Braga. The staffs are friendly, the room is clean, and the amenities are complete. Perfect! The only minus is that the room is not very sound proof so you can hear the guests staying next door voice clearly. I don’t have any photos regarding the room I’m staying, but it is the exact same room as the photo attached.

RRani indah ayuThis was our first time staying at the Aston Hotel, and the service was friendly, prompt, and very helpful. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted with welcome drinks. Check-in was simple and hassle-free, and the receptionist was beautiful, very friendly, and extremely helpful.
The breakfast was equally delicious with a wide variety of options that tasted great. All the staff, from the chefs to the waiters, were very proactive in serving and refilling items. All in all, it's highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in the Bandung area, especially with its proximity to a mall, culinary spots, souvenir shops, and travel agencies.
Please improve the AC temperature as it wasn't cool enough, but overall, Hotel Aston Pasteur is the best!

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us.
We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones.
Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton.
While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff.
Thank you for making our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung feel like a home away from home. Thank you Mr Niwan for always delivering your EXCELLENT SERVICES with a smile. We truly enjoyed our breakfast experience in the restaurant.

DDxnxxlI had a very pleasant stay at Oakwood Merdeka Bandung. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to get around, find food, and explore Bandung’s attractions.
The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially liked the city view and the overall cleanliness of the room. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully designed, perfect for relaxing after a long day out.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, Oakwood Merdeka offers great value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and a calm atmosphere in the middle of the city. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Bandung.

The housekeeping did a great job in cleaning, just the toilet need a little improvement. The drain flow is slow. Overall I really enjoyed staying there. It is close to Bandung culiners ❤️

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.
