This hotel is beautiful and clean. Love this hotel and it is near to hotspot area. Grab also reachable from here. Foods were nice and I also asked the desk if the breakfast is halal and they say of course it is halal. There are convenient store down there where you can buy stuffs. Recommended and will sure book this hotel again if come to Jakarta!

Excellent customer service. Efficiently attended to room service promptly. All staffs are friendly and put on smiles on every greetings. Our 6days stay has been a wonderful experience and we will be back for more at Kimaya Braga Bandung. Thank you to all staffs!

This was our first time staying at the Aston Hotel, and the service was friendly, prompt, and very helpful. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted with welcome drinks. Check-in was simple and hassle-free, and the receptionist was beautiful, very friendly, and extremely helpful. The breakfast was equally delicious with a wide variety of options that tasted great. All the staff, from the chefs to the waiters, were very proactive in serving and refilling items. All in all, it's highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in the Bandung area, especially with its proximity to a mall, culinary spots, souvenir shops, and travel agencies. Please improve the AC temperature as it wasn't cool enough, but overall, Hotel Aston Pasteur is the best!

Everything is good in this hotel. Really love it a lot and strongly recommend everyone to give it a stay. Though we encountered pillow casing not clean but it was changed promptly. We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us. We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones. Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton. While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff. Over the past 6 months, every time I've visited Bandung, I've chosen to stay at Harris, and this is my third time. Each visit, I notice an improvement in their service. When we first stayed, we had to buy bottled water and bring it to the hotel. A few months later, on our next visit, they had already installed a water dispenser, so buying water was no longer necessary. The location is fantastic, directly connected to a mall, and we even get free gym access at AF. Truly the best! I'll definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful hotel, amazing design. Love the spacious room and great breakfast spread. Had a hiccup with the toilet but the staffs were quick to fix the issue. Really really job well done. Helpful and friendly staff all over. Would stay here again whenever in bandung. It’s a walking distance to Braga. Surrounding areas are safe.

The superior room type doesn't have a view, but deluxe rooms and above offer views of the residential area. The facilities on the 10th floor are fantastic! There's a swimming pool, a mini zoo, massage chairs, and a children's playground. Plenty of areas for both kids and adults.

Bedsheets were stained and hairdryer didn’t work for my room. Other than that, breakfast spread was delicious, service and amenities were great

The hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.
