Excellent
GGuest UserThe service was exceptional. Firstly, they genuinely helped me solve a problem: my husband has a herniated disc, and the hotel promptly switched to a firm mattress. We extended our stay for two more days, and they prioritized giving us a twin room. Secondly, from the front desk to the concierge, to the pool and spa, every staff member we encountered was genuinely courteous and polite, making us feel comfortable and happy.
The room layout was well-designed. In the twin room, each bed was very large, so for a couple with a child, even without an extra bed, two people on one bed would be perfectly fine. I had a complimentary extra bed for my 12-year-old son, and that bed was also very comfortable. So, it offered excellent value for money!
The hotel's location is superb. Even if you don't go out, there's plenty to do within the hotel. It's connected to a shopping mall, the heated pool is incredibly clean with beautiful views, and the drinks and snacks are of good quality. The therapists at the spa are professional, and if you don't opt for a massage, you can still enjoy spa facilities like the steam room for free.
Breakfast was decent. There was a good variety, and the quality was acceptable, but it lacked a distinctive character.
Overall, our stay at the Four Seasons Hong Kong was an excellent experience! I would choose to stay here again in the future!

GGuest UserThe room was very clean and tidy. The hotel beds were spacious, with two 1.5-meter beds, perfectly fine for 3-4 people. The room rate was very reasonable. The hotel's location is also excellent, right above Mong Kok East MTR station, and it's connected to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. From the airport, take the A21 bus to Mong Kok, then walk through a covered walkway directly to the hotel, which takes about 10 minutes if you walk fast. No need to worry about rain, it's fantastic. Plus, the walkway itself is a popular spot for influencers, with many people taking great photos of Mong Kok's street views.

MMaxiangcaiI was very satisfied with this stay. The check-in process was smooth from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff were patient and polite, and the手続き (procedures) were handled very quickly. The room was spotless, the bathroom was dry with no water stains, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. The blackout curtains and soundproofing were excellent, making it very quiet at night, which ensured a great night's sleep.
The air conditioning, hot water, and WiFi in the room all worked stably, and the amenities were complete and sufficient. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the subway and commercial areas, making it very convenient for getting around and finding food. Housekeeping was prompt and the service was great. Overall, the value for money far exceeded other hotels in the same price range. It's my top choice for travel, and I've already saved it. I'll prioritize staying here again next time.

GGuest UserComing to Hong Kong, you can always trust the W Hotel's aesthetic! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the 'enchanted forest' design – it's perfect for young people looking for a photo op. 🏨
The sea-view room this time was absolutely stunning. The 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows framed Victoria Harbour like a living painting. By day, you watch ships sail by, and by night, you enjoy the 'Symphony of Lights' show without the crowds, all from the comfort of your bed. What a private way to experience the city's vibrancy! 🌊 The room's massive windows and the signature W bed (the 400-thread count bedding is so soft you just sink into it), combined with some music playing on the Bose sound system, really created an incredible ambiance! 🎵
I also checked out the infinity pool on the 76th floor 🏊♀️. Swimming 211 meters above ground, overlooking the entire Kowloon Peninsula – it's definitely where 'life photos' are made! Later in the evening, head to WOOBAR for a bespoke cocktail, enjoy the breeze, and listen to the DJ. This is truly how a Hong Kong vacation should be! 🥂
Just a side note: The hotel's location is super convenient too. Downstairs, you'll find Elements mall and the High-Speed Rail Station/Airport Express Kowloon Station, making shopping and travel a breeze. The experience was truly top-notch! 💯

Ssmallyellow bbReally love the scenery here! It's my second time back! The breakfast selection is also quite extensive, and it offers great value for money.
Facilities: I really liked the gym! The swimming pool is absolutely amazing on a sunny day.
Cleanliness: Hong Kong's major hotels generally have good cleanliness, and this one is no exception.
Environment: I love it here. It's great for walks around, and it's easy to get some beautiful photos.
Service: The staff were friendly, communication was smooth, and they were very patient.
LlbctingStayed for just one night with the kids to catch a concert. Honestly, the room was a corner one and very small, definitely not matching the photos. There was also construction noise during the day. The front desk didn't mention any of this at check-in, nor did they ask if it was okay to put us in a smaller corner room. The mini-bar isn't complimentary, and while I didn't use it, they didn't mention that either. No bottled water, just a single glass bottle. Breakfast selection was limited but sufficient for our needs. Won't be choosing this hotel again.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel facilities are well-maintained and clean. During my stay, Hong Kong experienced continuous heavy rainfall, but thanks to the hotel's excellent management, there was no water accumulation in high-traffic areas like the ground floor and lobby. As a business hotel, the management is absolutely commendable.

EESMLWe always stay here when we're visiting our daughter who's studying in HK. The hotel is very convenient and MRT station is right next to the hotel at the Popcorn Mall. The ony thing is its a way to far from the airprot. Of course you can't have all at one place.
During our stay here, the staffs are very helpful and fast in solving the problem. Since we still unpacking due to late check in, I found out that our CR has a leak coming down from the ceiling. Imagine at 2am, their response to it was very quick. Housekeeping/maintenance was immediately in our room, but due to problem can be solved, we are quickly transferred to a room which is just on the same floor for our convenient.
Probably due to lack of our category room, we were indeed upgraded to a family room. It's our first time staying there, of course the price is a bit pricey. But thanks for upgrade we were given a privileged of trying the new room concept. It's a loft type of room. Nice and so fancy.
Due to our next separate booking, instead of checking us out from the upgraded room, they let us stay for the rest of our duration, which was a total of 6 days 5 nights.
Should we say, it's a blessing of the leak(?) 😆 BUT... honestly speaking, I really enjoyed staying here, super convenient. I was even recognized by the staff whose always welcoming us upon entrying the lobby area.
Thanks so much again Royal Garden.
MMuzipangI had a fantastic stay booking through Trip.com this time. Online communication was smooth, and the booking process was efficient and hassle-free. The hotel's garden park leads directly to the beach, offering expansive ocean views. The sea breeze was so therapeutic, and it was perfect for taking photos. The staff were warm, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. My room was meticulously cleaned, overall spotless, and had no strange odors. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The outdoor pool area was very comfortable, providing an excellent swimming experience. All in all, the amenities, environment, and service were top-notch, creating an incredible vacation atmosphere. It's truly a prime choice for relaxation.
GGuest UserI arrived on a late flight and was looking for a place to stay for the night when I found and booked this hotel. I was very grateful that it was right by the immigration gate (the hotel entrance is connected, but the hallway is a bit long), especially since I was tired upon arrival.
I had a no-breakfast plan, but since the hotel is connected to the airport, it was easy to grab breakfast.
Check-in was relatively smooth and quick, and with the check-out box, I felt it would be fine even if I was in a hurry.
The amenities were basic, but perfectly adequate for just sleeping. I was excited to see the runway view from the hallway. There were also many airport carts in the lobby and hallway, which I thought was convenient for bringing luggage directly to the room.
I also remember the friendly staff at the cafe on the first floor.
I would definitely use this hotel again if I have an early morning departure or a late-night arrival.
