"I think this hotel is a very good hotel in all aspects.
Room facilities: very good, very new, and the overall design is also very user-friendly. The mineral water in the room is sufficient, which is really good.
Cost-effectiveness: I think it is very high. The price is invincible and appropriate. The price of just over 500 yuan including breakfast is really appropriate.
Breakfast: very rich, stayed for two days, and the dishes changed every day. The noodle stall is also great!
Bed: very soft and hard, I personally like to sleep on a hard bed, and this is great! The pillows are also hard. Very comfortable.
Hygiene: very clean.
Room view: downstairs is the main road, and there are many shopping malls next to it.
Location and transportation: convenient to go anywhere, very close to the high-speed rail station.
Service: very good, really very good.
Swimming pool: very good!

__WB226384****The room was great, and the breakfast was super rich. We ate there for five days straight, and it was fresh every day. The customer service manager, Xiao Fan, was very attentive and helpful. There was a shuttle bus for the concert, but I didn't take it. However, I saw the hotel sign outside the venue. It was so conspicuous, hahaha. It made me feel at ease just looking at it. The pool closes at 10:30 every day, and the kids go there for a swim every day. My parents were also very satisfied with the hotel's bedding. This is a very cost-effective hotel.

Aamywang1123Hygiene: Excellent. All towels, bath towels, and bathrobes come in sealed bags, which made me feel very secure using them.
Facilities: Excellent. Although it's an older hotel, the showerheads show their age but are very well-maintained and work perfectly.
Environment: The location is great. The room card gives access to a small gate leading to Yingze Lake Park. It's a nice two to three-kilometer loop for a leisurely stroll.
Service: Excellent. They offered complimentary welcome fruits, and you just scan a QR code to request more amenities. There's also a delivery robot that brings food right to your door, all very convenient.
Suggestion: I hope they can switch from instant Nestlé coffee to pour-over coffee bags. Instant coffee feels too low-end and doesn't match the hotel's overall quality.

TTracie WestMy stay at Wutong Apartments was wonderful! The room was clean, spacious, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. There is bathtub is luxurious and spacious, the shower has great pressure and the the separate toilet room has a motion censored toilet seat and a bidet. The bed was comfy and the closet space begs you to unpack your suitcase. There were thoughtful amenities, including a loofah cloth and shoe shine cloths. Now...the breakfast. It was the best breakfast buffet I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Tinder and well seasoned steak, salmon, soups, desserts, breads, scrumptious pancakes and a salad bar that even included kale amongst the varied greens. Best of all, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Li Ne, the dining staff and the housekeeper who attended to my room. I wish that every hotel stay I experience in the future is as amazing as my time at Wutong Apartment Hotel.

The facilities are quite complete, but we went out early and came back late every day and didn't pay attention to whether there was a swimming pool. We think the hotel facilities are good
Hygiene: The room, restaurant, hotel corridor, etc. are clean, the family room is quite large and clean
Environment: Metro Line 1 is nearby, within 5 minutes, it is very convenient to go to the airport
Service: There is no luggage delivery service to the room, but the basic service is still good

It can be said that the price-performance ratio is really good. This time I went to the hotel and found that their swimming pool was in trial operation. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and didn't experience it. Very satisfied. It was very comfortable to stay for one night. We chose a family room with two rooms, which is very convenient for bringing children and the elderly. The takeaway ordered for dinner was also delicious

GGuest UserThis hotel is recommended by a friend from Shanxi. She said she would stay here every time she went to Taiyuan with her family! Although the hotel is historic, it is really clean! They cleaned every day and saw that we washed our clothes by ourselves, so they gave us travel-sized laundry detergent. They also saw that we put cosmetics on the table, so they gave us makeup remover wipes. It was really thoughtful! The transportation is also convenient. It only takes about ten to twenty minutes to walk to Liuxiang and Zhonglou Street, and a few minutes to walk to the Da Nanmen subway station. You can take the subway and then take a taxi to the scenic spots, or take a taxi directly to the scenic spots. It is very convenient. The egg-filled pancake shop behind the hotel is delicious (open during breakfast hours). The shuttle bus after the concert will pass by the Da Nanmen subway station, so you don’t have to worry about not being able to get a taxi back to the hotel! Really great!

Next time I come to Taiyuan, I will stay here again. whee.

AAnonymous UserThe room hardware can reach five stars. The facilities in the room and lobby are very new and the design is modern and simple. The sanitation is very good, and the cleaning on the day of check-in and in between is very good. The breakfast is not five-star and lacks richness, especially for children, there is not enough to eat. The buffet restaurant is not open before the 15th day of the first ***** month, and there are no good restaurants around the hotel, so the dining aspect is a bit lacking. However, the dishes served in the Chinese restaurant are up to the standards of a luxury hotel and taste very good. The room TV cannot be connected to the screen. The water temperature and pressure in the bathroom are very stable, which is great for a hotel located on a 15-story building. The toilet room is completely independent and not separated by glass. There is a sink outside the shower room and also in the toilet room, making it very convenient for families to stay in.

YYangmiemiehiDuring our trip from Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, through Ordos and Datong, to Taiyuan, we stayed at five hotels in total, and the Marriott was by far our favorite. Upon arrival, a hotel executive personally greeted us and gave the children lollipops, which absolutely delighted them. The hotel is quite new, with excellent facilities, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious. We booked a family room which was large and beautiful, much to the children's delight. We only stayed two nights as our main reason for being in Taiyuan was simply to catch a flight home. When checking out, the kids were begging to stay longer, not wanting to go home. Even I was reluctant to leave – it was truly that comfortable. The entire staff, from service personnel to management, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also excellent, and the location is fantastic. In fact, this hotel alone has made us consider returning to Taiyuan multiple times! 😁

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, with Vientiane City nearby. It is also very convenient to drive to Jinci Temple, Botanical Garden and other attractions. Parking is available at the door and there are plenty of parking spaces. You can see the Fen River from the room, and you can also see the night view of the Grand Theater, Library, and Bronze Museum at night. The room was cleaned very well, the breakfast was rich in variety, and the front desk was very efficient. However, no one came to help take the luggage upstairs when checking in, and there was a strong smell of cigarettes when I took the elevator twice.
