5-Star Hotels in Taiyuan

If you're coming to Taiyuan, you absolutely have to stay at this Intercity hotel! It was by far the most unexpectedly amazing experience I've had with Huazhu H Rewards. The location is fantastic – the subway is right downstairs, making it convenient to get anywhere. The Guo Jin Center, with tons of food options, is just across the street. I really loved the decor; it's a German style, and the room was incredibly spacious. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the laundry room and gym, unlike many hotels that just throw in a washing machine and a few dumbbells and call it a day. The room service offerings were incredibly extensive, and breakfast was beyond expectations. And the best part? It was only a little over 400 RMB! The value for money is absolutely off the charts, so much so that I'd even come back to Taiyuan just to stay at this hotel again.

My stay at Jinzechang Cultural Tourism Hotel in Taiyuan was excellent. The hotel's decor beautifully showcases the Jin merchant culture, and it's clean and elegant. The room was spacious and quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. I especially want to commend Annie at the front desk; her attitude was incredibly warm and welcoming. She handled check-in efficiently and patiently explained nearby attractions and travel routes. She even proactively helped us with our luggage, paying great attention to detail. The breakfast spread was extensive and tasty, and the location is super convenient, very close to the South Station. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

The room layout is excellent, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast offers a wide variety, especially the bread, pastries, and cakes, which are plentiful and high-quality, tasting delicious. At the noodle bar, you can customize your dish with ingredients of your choice. They also serve Taiyuan-style noodles. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around. The security guard in the underground parking lot is very responsible; they even called to remind me when I forgot to close my car window! 👍

This is a well-established hotel with an excellent location, right in the heart of Wuyi Square. It's incredibly convenient for shopping and dining in Liuxiang. The family room is spacious and well-laid out, and it even has a drying rack, which is super handy for washing clothes during long trips – perfect for families. The hotel's Bingcui Pavilion restaurant offers authentic local flavors, highly recommended. Thanks to its prime location, it saves a lot of time and effort whether you're exploring city attractions or looking for local specialties. Overall, a great experience.

The stay was fantastic. The lobby on the 35th floor offers a spectacular river view. The front desk staff on the first floor were warm and attentive. The room was clean and tidy, with new facilities. Wanda Plaza is right downstairs, making dining very convenient, and transportation is excellent. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend it! My son was also very happy with the breakfast.

Having stayed in hundreds, if not thousands, of hotels, I can confidently say that the cleanliness here is exceptionally rare. The sheets and floors were completely free of hair, the sink had no stains, and the toilet not only lacked any unpleasant odors but even had a subtle, pleasant aroma. The housekeeping is truly outstanding. They even thoughtfully provided hand cream on the bathroom vanity. 3. On the day of check-in, because I booked late, all the family rooms and suites were fully booked, leaving only twin rooms with 1.2-meter beds. These beds are a bit narrow. It would be even better if the hotel could replace the 1.2-meter twin beds with 1.35-meter or even 1.5-meter twin beds. 4. The hotel only offers a laundry service charged per item, with no self-service washing machines. For guests traveling for extended periods, a self-service washing machine is an essential must-have. It would be great if the hotel could add self-service laundry facilities.

Staying at Sanxi Yin Quan was an absolutely fantastic experience! The entire place has an antique charm with a strong Jin-style courtyard vibe. The design is exquisite and clever, perfectly matching the aesthetic of Taiyuan Ancient City. The room was clean and tidy, with thoughtful details that made for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The staff were warm and attentive, providing thorough and detailed service. After exploring the ancient city, it was so therapeutic and relaxing to return and have a quiet night's rest. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Taiyuan Ancient City, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance!

The hotel's location is easy to find, making travel super convenient. It's close to major commercial areas, which is great for shopping and dining. The Fen River isn't far either, perfect for an evening stroll. I was initially worried about road noise, but after mentioning it to the front desk staff, they proactively offered earplugs, ensuring I got a good night's sleep and wasn't sleepy for work the next day. The breakfast selection is extensive, and you absolutely must try the *Tou Nao* (a traditional Taiyuan dish). I heard it's a favorite among old Taiyuan locals. I asked the restaurant manager, and they said it was a new addition, and I happened to catch it. The taste was excellent. Keep up the good work; I'll definitely be back next time.

Very satisfactory accommodation experience. The location is very good. There is a rich nightlife just a few steps away. The breakfast is recommended and worth trying. Both Chinese and Western food are excellent, and the wontons are very delicious. The service staff is very good. Although they are not experienced in receiving foreign guests, they finally solved all the problems. Mr. Liang Yichao at the front desk was very enthusiastic and thoughtfully provided lemonade. I hope to come again if I have the opportunity.

An absolutely fantastic five-star hotel with a superb location. It's directly across from Yingze Park, and just a ten-minute walk to Liu Xiang Street if you turn left when you exit. The bellhops are proactive and helpful with luggage. Every evening, they offer a complimentary 'Three Red Soup' which is a lovely touch for cooling down. The breakfast on the first floor is excellent, and while the à la carte dinner is a bit pricey, the food is exceptional and well worth trying. All in all, it's a wonderful, established five-star hotel, and I'll definitely be staying here again.
