SSiyun00The room is very design-conscious, with a bit of Chinese retro style. The breakfast is very exquisite. The view from the room is very wide, and the surrounding area is very quiet. The manager Zhao Rui at the front desk is very friendly. She helped me make an appointment for an aromatherapy balance SPA. The masseuse is very professional and I feel very relieved after the treatment. In short, it was an experience that exceeded my expectations. I look forward to going there again next time!

The hotel boasts incredibly lavish decor and an exceptional design aesthetic. The sky lobby on the 22nd floor offers breathtaking views. Our room had panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with unobstructed views, looking directly at the Jinwan Art Center (shaped like a butterfly) and Central Park. During the day, we enjoyed the lush lake scenery, and at night, the city lights were truly mesmerizing and therapeutic.
The location is incredibly convenient. It's just a three to five-minute walk to Huafa Shangdu, where you can find everything for dining and shopping. In the evenings, you can also catch the musical fountain show, which really enhances the atmosphere.
The service is attentive, the facilities are brand new, and the cleanliness is impeccable. It offers fantastic value for money and absolutely lives up to the Marriott standard. If you're staying in Zhuhai Jinwan, this is the place to be. Don't even think twice, I highly recommend it!

We paid to upgrade to a suite, which was fantastic. It had a long sofa in the outer room and a king-sized bed in the inner room, plus two bathrooms, so family members didn't disturb each other. The toilet, shower, and bathtub in the bathroom were all separate, making it very convenient to use, and the bathtub was large and super comfortable. The water temperature was great. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos of the room.
Upon check-in, we received complimentary snacks, which tasted exceptionally good, and our child loved them.
Breakfast was also good and quite extensive. For someone from the north, the flavors were a bit on the mild side.
There's a pool table in the lobby on the first floor, which is a nice option if you're waiting.
All the staff members were very friendly. Special thanks to the front desk staff who checked us in and the bellhops who helped with our luggage.

GGuest UserThe location of Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel is truly unbeatable. It was a quick taxi ride from Zhuhai Airport, and it's very close to Hengqin Port. For families, the shuttle to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom only takes a few minutes. Nearby, there's Mangzhou Wetland Park with fresh air, and the Flower Sea Corridor, which is lovely for an evening stroll. Macau Legend Palace is within walking distance, offering dining, shopping, and movies. Plus, there's a 24-hour convenience store for snacks and drinks. The hotel exterior resembles a grand European castle, quite impressive. However, stepping into the lobby, it feels elegantly vintage and opulent – overall, very tasteful. The room isn't huge but is warmly decorated. The bedding is clean, and the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet with great water pressure. The hotel Wi-Fi is fast, perfect for streaming videos without lag. The parking lot is spacious and free, with security guards directing traffic. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it offers convenient transportation, an elegant environment, and is family-friendly. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

CChenchenchenk2I chose to stay at the Hyatt Regency Zhuhai Hengqin because I've always been very impressed with the hotel's overall environment and comprehensive experience. When I travel, I always prioritize booking a two-bedroom connecting suite. This time, I stayed in the same room type, but the room I was assigned was located on a corner in the hallway, which made the overall living experience a bit less satisfactory than usual. What's commendable is that the hotel was still exceptionally thoughtful, providing complimentary exquisite fruit and cake, and the service was as warm as ever.
However, there was one very unpleasant experience during this stay. When we went to the indoor pool, there were very few people initially – our family of four had the entire large main pool to ourselves. But throughout our swim, staff members continuously hosed down and cleaned the edges of the pool, performing their work the entire time we were trying to enjoy ourselves. This made me quite concerned about hygiene, as I couldn't be sure whether the dirty water would flow into the main pool. I strongly disagree with conducting on-site cleaning during periods when guests are present, as it severely impacts the enjoyment of the activity and looks very bad. Aside from this one issue, everything else was still satisfying, otherwise, I wouldn't repeatedly choose to stay here.
I sincerely hope the hotel can optimize its management and work arrangements to avoid cleaning during guest usage times.

GGuest UserI've always loved Hilton's facilities, ambiance, and cleanliness! The hotel itself is very well-designed. My room offered a 180-degree view of Macau Island across the water. Besides being a bit far from the city center, everything else was fantastic! If you have a car, that wouldn't even be an issue. The staff were also good. Due to special circumstances, I had to check out early. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time!

QQiancaoranyangI stayed for two days over the weekend, my second time here. The hotel's location is super convenient for Hengqin Port. Getting to Macau is easy; you can take a bus after customs to Cotai West (Venetian), A-Ma Temple, etc. (you'll need to transfer at Lotus Station for some routes). The dining and reading lounge on the fifth floor is quiet and comfortable (though the rooms don't have desks), giving it a real study-like vibe (but it gets a bit dim at night). It's also a short walk, less than ten minutes, to the Starbucks by the port, which is great for grabbing coffee. Overall, it was a good experience. Plus, right across the street is a popular Hengqin网红打卡地 (internet-famous photo spot).

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, very convenient. It's a short walk to the sightseeing platform with great views, where you can see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. There are plenty of dining options nearby too. The front desk staff were very friendly and even helped me move my luggage when I changed rooms. The only thing I'd suggest is a better hairdryer, as the current one isn't powerful enough to dry my hair properly.

I booked two rooms at the Zhuhai Charming Holiday Hotel (Gongbei Port High-Speed Railway Station Branch), and it was such a warm and thoughtful experience. They even decorated the room for a birthday and delivered a cake! A huge thank you to their staff for all their hard work.
The location is fantastic – it's just a few minutes' walk from the hotel entrance to Gongbei Port. I'll definitely make time to stay here again.
The breakfast was also quite substantial and worth sharing with everyone! ✌🏻
