Great
YYeva_shineMy stay at Hyatt Centric Kuala Lumpur was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, everything felt effortless and welcoming. The design of the hotel is modern and stylish, but still very comfortable — the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed after a long day in the city.
The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, very clean, and had amazing views of Kuala Lumpur. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I really appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel luxurious without being over the top.
What truly stood out was the service. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. It felt very personal and thoughtful, which made the experience even more special.
The location is also fantastic — perfect for exploring the city, with many great restaurants, cafés, and attractions nearby.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would happily return. Hyatt Centric Kuala Lumpur really knows how to combine style, comfort, and great hospitality.

Great
Sseolryeo0227stayed at The Majestic Hotel for a 2D1N celebration of my husband’s birthday, and overall it was a lovely and memorable experience.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a classic and elegant ambiance that makes the stay feel extra special. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff throughout our stay were warm, polite, and attentive. We truly appreciated the relaxing atmosphere, and it was a perfect choice for a short getaway and celebration.
However, there was one issue that slightly affected our experience. On the morning before check out, around 10AM, there was suddenly loud drilling noise coming from above our room. It was quite disruptive, especially since it was still within typical guest rest hours. We feel that such maintenance work should be scheduled more carefully or guests should be informed in advance, as it can impact the overall comfort of the stay.
That said, aside from this incident, everything else was great and we genuinely enjoyed our time at the hotel. With better coordination on maintenance timing, the experience would have been perfect.

Great
TTammyyI’ve stayed at several Courtyard properties across Malaysia, and my experience here was a mixed one.
On the positive side, the room size is slightly more spacious compared to Courtyard by Marriott Penang and Courtyard by Marriott Melaka, which is a nice touch.
However, the amenities fall short in comparison. The laundry bag provided in the room is just a transparent plastic bag, unlike the proper reusable or recycled bags offered at other Courtyard properties. This feels like a downgrade and not aligned with the brand’s usual standard.
Another issue is the bath towel — it’s unusually thin and resembles a floor towel at first glance. It was honestly confusing, as I wasn’t sure if it was meant for shower use. This definitely impacts the overall comfort and experience.
As for parking, I opted for valet (at my own cost), so I’m unable to comment on the standard parking facilities.
GGuest UserI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in many ways. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and quick to assist with any requests, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the buffet. The selection was impressive, offering a wide variety of dishes that catered to different tastes. From fresh salads and flavorful local specialties to international favorites and decadent desserts, everything was well-prepared and beautifully presented. I especially appreciated how frequently the dishes were replenished, ensuring that everything remained fresh throughout. Breakfast was equally delightful, with a great mix of hot and cold options to start the day right.
Overall, this hotel provides a comfortable and enjoyable experience, with its standout buffet being a true highlight. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay with excellent dining options.
GGuest UserSeriously have to give this hotel a great review after my trip to Kuala Lumpur! First off, the hotel environment is incredible, especially the infinity pool and the views. The staff were all very good too, and room service was super quick to respond! Then there's the breakfast, which was really abundant, with Chinese, Thai, Indian, and European options – so much variety, and the best part is it all tasted great! The most important thing is that the room was huge. The cleanliness was a *little* bit lacking, but overall it didn't affect my stay.

NNurAsiaI recently stayed at Royce Residence KLCC by Musae, booked through Trip.com, and overall, it was a very pleasant and worthwhile experience, especially for its location and value. The biggest highlight is definitely the location. Being just a short distance from KLCC and the Petronas Twin Towers made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes nearby, so getting food or essentials was never an issue. The unit itself was modern, clean, and well-maintained. It had a cozy yet stylish design, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the furnishings. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which is important in Kuala Lumpur’s heat. The kitchen area was also a nice touch, especially for longer stays, as it had basic appliances and utensils. Check-in was smooth, and once I arrived, everything was well-organized. The process felt even easier after getting familiar with it, and it’s clear that the system is designed for efficiency and convenience. What really stood out was the staff — they were great: smart, reliable, and very responsible. Communication was smooth, and they responded quickly whenever I needed assistance, which made the stay much more reassuring. One of the standout features was the facilities. The infinity pool and gym area were clean and offered great views of the city skyline, which really added to the overall experience. It felt more like staying in a premium serviced apartment than a standard hotel. Overall, I would definitely recommend Royce Residence KLCC by Musae for travelers looking for a comfortable, modern stay in a prime location at a reasonable price. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

NNazri_TahirThis was my first time staying at Sunway Putra Hotel and I really satisfied. The fact that this hotel is attached with sunway putra mall is bonus point for this hotel. I saved budget by not taking hotel breakfast because the mall itself is full with so many restaurants i think like 80 restaurants all together. There is a crosa over bridge connected to the PWTC and LRT PWTC station. Very convenient if you have events at PWTC. The room was insanely spacious, comfortable and modern in fact i was shocked like why so big 😁😁. Nothing much to complain, i am happy
GGuest UserMy first international trip was a great experience, thanks to this hotel! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The environment was also fantastic, very clean, just like a 5-star hotel. It even had a swimming pool, a bathtub, and a balcony with a view of the Petronas Twin Towers. If it's your first time in Kuala Lumpur, I highly recommend this place – communication was a breeze!

Hhypothesis6928The location is absolutely fantastic! It's within walking distance of the subway station, and Independence Square and Chinatown are also just a stroll away. The KL Tower view room truly offers a massive view of the tower right outside your window. The room itself is spacious and clean. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and even after eating for three days, there were small changes daily. The Indian guy's roti canai (flying bread) was exceptional! There was a good selection of fruits, and they'd even freshly pull teh tarik for you. There are also plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. Even though it was busy during Chinese New Year, the hotel is large enough that it didn't feel chaotic. The service was also very responsive. Highly recommend!
AAnonymous UserThe highlight of the stay is definitely the paranomic view of the city from the inifity pool and the gym, located af Level 50A and 51 of the building.
The room is spacious and love how the bathroom is split into the dry and wet areas. The monorail is within walki g distance and convenient for those coming via train/KLIA express from KL Sentral station. The twin towers is also about 15 - 20 minutes walk away, and plenty of food establisbments around the area.
Like what most travellers have identified, the elevators can be pretty crowded and slow. Thus, do factor in the waiting time when heading out or checking out. Also, there is ongoing construction outside the hotel as well as numeous incoming and outcoming vehicles, which might make it a tad inconvenient.
The other slight inconvenient aspect is that the room was prepared for only 2 occupants, even though booking was made for 3. Hence, we had to contact the receptionist for the missing set of toiletries and towels etc. However, that only came in bits of pieces unless we list down everything that is missing. The room is also not really soundproof, as the noise along the corridor can become apparent.
Nonetheless, it's still a pretty decent stay.
