LLaitesiluhaoFour Seasons truly lives up to its reputation; everything from the welcome to the room service was excellent. The housekeeping, in particular, was incredibly professional and meticulous. They even neatly coiled and arranged all our electronic device cables – that's how detail-oriented they were!

JJinsibolichangsunwujiArrived at Changi Airport early in the morning. Getting to the hotel by MRT was incredibly convenient, taking only about half an hour. It's easily spotted, just about 100 meters from MRT Exit B. From the moment I arrived at the entrance, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, helping with my luggage and arranging storage. After checking in at the front desk, I headed to Suntec City directly opposite for breakfast. The hotel's location is superb; it's very easy to get anywhere by MRT, and iconic attractions like the Singapore Flyer and the Merlion are within walking distance. The room was spotless and refreshing. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Singapore.

AaldfsuraDespite a minor snag during check-in, prompt communication and compensation eventually smoothed things over and made up for the initial inconvenience. Subsequently, everything from the room facilities, butler service, hotel amenities, and the staff's service attitude was top-notch. It solidified our belief that choosing this hotel among the many in Sentosa was the right decision. The Equarius Hotel offers two breakfast choices: a semi-buffet at its own Tangerine restaurant, or a full buffet at the adjacent Ou Rui Hotel. However, the latter tends to get very crowded, with queues forming after 8:30 AM, so I personally preferred the quieter option. While the Ocean Suite was absolutely stunning, the villa rooms are definitely the preferred choice for families. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

MM24423****My stay at Pan Pacific Singapore completely exceeded my expectations. From service to dining, everything was of a consistently high standard, and the Executive Lounge experience, in particular, was truly memorable.
Let's start with the exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, the bellhop proactively helped with my luggage. During check-in, the front desk staff patiently explained everything and thoughtfully provided recommendations for nearby attractions and routes. Any requests were promptly addressed, and even the housekeeping staff seemed to anticipate our needs with a subtle touch. This kind of discreet yet profoundly attentive service truly touched me.
Moving on to breakfast – it was a pure joy for someone who suffers from 'choice paralysis'! The restaurant's selection was extensive and the quality consistently high. At the Chinese station, the shrimp dumplings and siu mai boasted thin skins and generous fillings, and the congee was perfectly smooth and rich. The Western section offered freshly baked croissants (crispy outside, soft inside) and authentically delicious bacon and sausages. There were also made-to-order options where you could customize your dishes with various toppings, and the fruit station was impeccably fresh.
However, the Executive Lounge was the true highlight. It offers a spacious and comfortable setting with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea. Afternoon tea here was exquisite and delicious. It's a shame I returned too late one evening and missed the evening bar service. But the 'best in show' award truly goes to the Executive Lounge's breakfast! It was absolutely phenomenal! Not only was it à la carte, but the presentation was incredibly beautiful. And to top it all off, it tasted exceptionally delicious! 😋
Overall, the professional service, the extensive and delicious breakfast, and the high quality of the Executive Lounge all contributed to a truly wonderful trip to Singapore. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Singapore!

SStaycationBearyBooked a room for birthday celebration and finally got to experience the renowned service by the ladies in red! The attention to details was phenomenal.
Room was decently sized and clean. However, we encountered some issues in the room. All of the phones were not working and the main door handle broke. Thankfully, these issues were promptly looked into by the maintenance team and it was resolved within 2hrs. TV has a good number of cable channels and some Chromecast or screen mirroring features, but not all of them are functioning properly.
Overall, we had a good rest and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return again. Kudos to the crew!

Yes it's kinda expensive, yes it's outside of the city... But I rarely felt this good just BEING in a place.
The scenery around is out of this world and will leave you in awe (and I talk from the perspective of a European that traveled a lot both in an outside of cities).
The structure is interesting and daring and welcoming and I was literally in love from the moment I stepped in the waiting hall to the very last step I left.
The building is new, modern, clean everywhere, tasteful and amazing under all aspects.
Again even if this hotel was not in the middle of the rain forest it would still be an incredibly beautiful hotel... But it is and so you're in one of the most beautiful hotels while being surrounded by mother Earth and it's lush nature 😍
I could keep boasting on and on but it's hard to explain how beautiful it is to swim in the amazing pool while staring in awe at the forest. 😱🎉
The room was also amazing (I was at floor 3) with a good sized room with amazing services and furniture an incredibly comfortable bed.
OH the food at the restaurant was also amazing even if a bit on the expensive side, but definitely totally 100% worth every penny.
Souvenir store was also nice, a bit small but the products that I got were all really nice.. Again a bit expensive but that's expected.
Thank you Mandai Hotel Staff... You really won a loyal customer if I'll ever happen to be around again and you definitely helped me heal my soul after a tiring working trip. ❤️

The hotel's biggest selling point is its incredibly convenient location. Step out of the main entrance, go down a few steps, cross the road, and you're right at the MRT station.
The room wasn't huge, but by Singapore standards, it was a decent size. Having a sofa bed was a big plus. Amenities included a hot water dispenser, a capsule coffee machine, and a double vanity. The tap water was also potable.
## Environment
The swimming pool was on the smaller side, and there weren't many other recreational facilities. It also lacked its own green space or garden. At check-in, I requested a room with a nice view and was given one with a decent outlook, showing both the MRT and cable cars. The room also had a ceiling fan, and with the afternoon sun shining in, our laundry dried remarkably fast.
## Service
The bellhops were excellent, always quick to help with luggage – a definite plus compared to some other hotels. Check-in offered Chinese language service.
I accidentally left my phone in a taxi. When I approached a staff member in the lobby, he immediately sprang into action, helping me figure out how to contact the ride-hailing platform. My phone was recovered very quickly. This deserves high praise.
The only slight downside was that we couldn't get a late check-out due to the hotel being fully booked, so we checked out promptly at 11:45 AM. Since we planned to visit the water park afterward, I specifically called ahead to inquire about shower facilities. I was told they were available by the pool. I even double-checked if shampoo and shower gel would be provided, and was assured they would be.
However, upon returning from the water park, I found that while there were indeed showers by the pool, it was an open, public area with just two or three showerheads facing the pool, clearly intended only for a quick rinse. And to my dismay, there was no shampoo, no shower gel, let alone conditioner! So, I just did a quick rinse and had to discreetly change in a nearby restroom.
From 12:30 PM that day, with my hair still wet and feeling stiff, and my skin growing increasingly dry and rough, I embarked on a long journey: from Sentosa Island to Changi Airport, a flight to Penang, Malaysia, a lengthy immigration queue, and finally settling into our Penang hotel. It was well past 10 PM before I could finally take a proper, satisfying shower.
Aside from that one unfortunate experience, everything else was quite good. The two complimentary cans of coconut water were delicious, complete with soft coconut pulp. We also received two large bottles of water and two small snack packs daily.

YYQQStay was comfortable. Room is clean, amenities provided. Location is not too bad, outside the hotel entrance is paragon. Oppo is taka and is walking distance to MRT. To reach the room, we are required to change lift at lvl 4, walk straight once u got off lift at lvl 4(to reach the other lift lobby). Noises can be heard quite clearly when in the room, guess this is the cons I had during my stay. Overall still a nice hotel.

SSze TiongI had a truly pleasant stay at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless and efficient, thanks to the warm and friendly assistance of Miss Asmah at the front desk. She made me feel welcome right away.
My experience at Latitude was equally enjoyable—the food and ambience were complemented by a stunning view of the yachts docked just alongside, creating a uniquely relaxing atmosphere.
A special compliment also goes to the housekeeping team, in particular, Ms Kalai, for her honesty and attentiveness. I had accidentally left my laptop charger in the room after checking out, and she ensured it was safely kept until I returned to collect it. That level of care and professionalism is truly commendable.
Overall, the service and hospitality at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay by the marina.

MM468857****Facilities: The hotel is well-maintained. I booked two rooms, and the air conditioning in the twin room felt a bit weak. There's an outdoor pool and a staircase with direct access to the beach, which is convenient. There's also a small fish pond, which is free to use.
Service: I travel quite a bit, and I didn't see many Chinese guests here. Breakfast was busy, and the selection was a bit limited, not many choices.
This is a good value-for-money island hotel, especially considering it was National Day. Plus, there's a shuttle bus that goes directly to Vivocity and Resorts World.
