KKeslly VargasOur stay at La Siesta Premium Saigon Central was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is perfect in every way – spotless clean, beautifully designed, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We felt truly well taken care of from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious options, and our room was super cozy and comfortable. It was a truly great experience — we loved everything about our stay!

MMingwei_The front desk staff were quite nice and tried their best to help us with an early check-in. There's an ATM and a supermarket nearby, which is convenient. However, traffic in Vietnam can be quite congested, so be prepared for potential delays if you're taking a taxi. The hotel service was good, and while breakfast was just okay, the service and the views were excellent.

We stayed for 5 nights, occupying 1 unit apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
I would like to say our stay was almost perfect.
We enjoyed everything at the hotel, every corner and everybody. The gym facility and swimming pool are so nice!!
The hotel management has thoughtful arrangements for all our needs during the stay. They even manage a hanger of used shopping paper bags left by the guests to be used by future guests in case they need a paper bag.
The apartment was amazing, spacious, the kitchen and utensils were like a tak household inventory, a lot of cupboards and cabinets. Even a cleaning sets was prepared to mop etc.
The view was magnificent.
Breakfast quite okay, very nice ambiance with superb service.
Highly recommended!
There are few notes that the drop off area is not at in front of the lobby, you will need to walk a bit a few meter away from the parking area to the hotel. But the hotel staffs are always there to standby to assist.
And.. the body lotion was kinda expired, couldt use as it was just like water with some sprinkles in it. And the dispenser was rusty, as all the rust coming out from the dispenser when i was pressing it. I did ask to change, but the staff Came back with the same condition.

HHDKenI stayed at Dhawa during the September holidays. Before going, I read several reviews, which were somewhat mixed. However, after our stay, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dhawa and had a very satisfying vacation. Of course, there were both positive aspects and some minor points of concern, but overall, I felt that this is a wonderful hotel.
Pros:
• The shuttle bus between Ho Chi Minh City and the hotel is included in the room rate, saving the hassle of arranging transportation.
• The pool is not too deep; even in the adult pool, an average adult can stand upright with their face above water and breathe comfortably.
• There are many child-friendly activities, including bubble pools, scheduled regularly, all at no extra cost. This is great since Ho Tram generally has limited entertainment options outside the resort.
• All rooms have ocean views. While the rooms are not very large, the design is elegant. I especially liked the shower room design.
• Most staff members can communicate in English.
• Front desk, pool, kids’ club, spa, and bar staff were friendly and helpful. The staff at the kids’ club, bar, and spa left particularly positive impressions.
• The breakfast buffet was satisfying, with especially delicious bread.
• There is a free tea, coffee, and cookie service near the front desk; I particularly enjoyed the purple tea.
Areas for improvement:
• Some staff members were not familiar with the resort’s activity schedule.
• Some vending machines were broken and could not be opened manually.
• Combs and razors were not provided by default at the sink. I’m not sure if this is for cost-saving or environmental reasons, but it would be appreciated if these were provided in advance, as they are inexpensive items.
Points understandable due to high occupancy during the holiday:
• Long queues at the front desk caused some delays during check-in. This was likely due to overlapping arrival times from the complimentary shuttle buses. Other resorts offering free shuttles experience similar situations (e.g., Vung Tau Vias Hotel, Holiday Inn Ho Tram Resort). While the hotel technically meets the national 5-star standard for reception hall size (100m²), this is worth noting.
• Breakfast buffet required a short wait. On both days, the wait was only about 5 minutes, which was acceptable, even for a hungry toddler.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. We would gladly return and would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you very much.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself had a wonderful historic feel. The location was incredibly convenient, and the staff were all friendly and enthusiastic, cleaning the room meticulously every day. The swimming pool and gym were great amenities, and the rooftop restaurant offered fantastic dining.

MMic (Kiwi)Where to start. Firstly the service. Amazing! What lovely friendly people. Even walking early in the morning the gardeners would smile and greet you with a nod and a hand on their heart and they aren’t even service staff. On that point, the gardens are spectacular - so tranquil.
Next, activities. If you are into health this is the place for you. Our typical day was sunrise yoga by the lake followed by meditation. A massive breakfast, a walk along the beach then into the gym. Finally lying around one of the pools till dinner by the beach.
Food. Wow the breakfasts are awesome. They have their own baker on premises. Fruit of all varieties, western, Vietnamese or other Asian diets fully catered for. I would say though the dinner menu got a bit boring after a week.
Rooms. We had a deluxe ocean view on the top floor. Spectacular. Clean, comfortable with astonishing views for a quiet beer as the sun goes down. Beds were awesome. I’m very particular about my pillow (gives me headaches if they are hard or lumpy). The pillows were plump, soft and plentiful. Shower and toilet spotless. Water always piping hot. Night tome it was quiet, no thumping discos going off down the road.
It’s a fairly new resort and it shows. I thought the tariffs were very reasonable for the level of resort. If you have the coin go for a villa- they look awesome.
Do yourself a favour. Stay here.

The staff provided good service, and its location near Japan Street was convenient. We opted for a river-view room and were able to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks from there. On check-out day, after discussing, we were unable to get a late check-out until 2 PM.
We checked in on New Year's Eve, and there was live music set up right downstairs. The hotel's soundproofing isn't great, and the party went on until almost 1 AM locally (2 AM back home for us). When I called the front desk, they said there was nothing they could do (which I suppose is true), but it was genuinely noisy that night, and I didn't get to sleep until very late.

WWuxiansenAmoiThis hotel is right by the sea, making it an excellent choice for tourists. The decor is quite unique and has a charming vintage feel with many interesting small design touches. You'll find a lot of international guests staying here. The breakfast spread is fantastic with plenty of options, and both the French cuisine and local rice noodles are delicious. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

GGuest UserAs a tired traveler most people rely on the vendors to provide what you with your booking. You don't want to have to check out every detail to make sure it's there, even check list the bar fridge, you shouldn't have to do, cause as you know - you may not get a full listing of the contents of your bar fridge.
The property manager, was prompt to letting me into the room but, seemed anxious to leave. The room had 2 bedrooms - which I didn't need.
After being let into my room, It was late afternoon, with very little natural sunlight. I though maybe the sun shines into the room in the morning.
Well no, the room overlooked a c- shaped courtyard and had very little natural sunlight. It was a cave with lighting.There was obviously at that point no city views nothing like the ad or my trip booking ad. There were dirty handmarks above the lounge area, the shower cubicle glass looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months.
I contacted the property manager, who stated he was just the property manager and allocated the rooms as sent but, refused to recognise the mis-allocations even after showing pictures of the trip booking - which was obvious 1 bedroom, with city views. This place had 2 bedrooms with courtyard views. The bathroom window was small and in the shower cubicle - which opened to an outside area, but adjacent to a walkway and another window. The other window - other residences were using it to smoke and blow out the outside so as to not set off their smoke alarm. Unfortunately I could smell the smoke due to the proximity of the 2 windows.
After voicing the incorrect room allocation( after a night) to the property manager ,and emailing/communicating via the trip app, he responded with a lack of accountability and blame with the customer, despite being asked for the correct room allocation.
It was then raised with Trip.com - whom stated that refunds were unavailable and at the discretion of the leasing property. Evidently he was not willing to correct the misallocation.
Trip was only able to offer a marginal compensation - which was appreciated.
If the option available to the property states ” no refund available after booking” - don't take it.
