The location is excellent, right in the old town . The waiter was very nice
I have no traffic so I can't call the phone .I left my Gray elephant toy in the hotel .If in possible, I hope you can express or mail it to me.I'll pay for the freight.
If not I only hope the elephant will be alright😭🥹

Excellent small hotel in perfect location. Lovely, clean, stylish comfortable rooms at a very fair price. Had three really good nights sleeps in very comfortable bed. Hop skip and jump from the Latin bridge: great breakfast and very attentive service.

When we turned up we were told they had cancelled our reservation (not communicated by the hotel or by our booking website) and refused to deal with us, hurrying us out of the door. They had even sent us a welcome message the day before contradicting their story of cancelling our room. The hotel refused to help us until we engaged our booking service and then they suddenly offered a room in another hotel. We gave up and went elsewhere where they would be more trustworthy. I am very disappointed

The facility is simply perfect. Right in the heart of Bascarsi, next to the clock tower. It's perfect for being in the center, close to everything. It's a boutique hotel. There is a small cafe on the ground floor. The employees are helpful, especially Ms. Zehra is a wonderful person, she helps a lot with her beautiful Turkish. The breakfast is sufficient. This is our accommodation address in Sarajevo. I would recommend it to everyone. You will be satisfied.

This is the first hotel I stayed at in Bosnia Herzegovina and what a great first impression! I am so happy to have stayed at this hotel! The room was clean and the location was amazing! But most importantly, the staff were the kindest sweetest people and so accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay here and wish I was able to stay longer! I highly recommend this hotel! Super helpful men (brothers?) in the restaurant who helped us with everything. They made for a great stay. Breakfast very nice and plenty of choice. Rooms good but a few minor defects. In one room the air conditioning was not working and in the other room the air conditioning was leaking. Also a bit dated bathroom. Location is TOP! All in all had a wonderful stay and enjoyed a great Sarajevo.

Great hotel, great location. I was staying in the hotel for 3 nights since I was on business trip. The waiters are extremely polite and understanding, Armin, Osman, Ervin, and Andrea did everything in their power to ensure maximal satisfaction for me and my colleagues. I would highly recommend this hotel.

What a lovely hotel! It's small and cosy, the breakfast is outstanding (had the vegetarian breakfast: omelet with cheese, yoghurt with muesli and warm Bosnian bread with jam) and it is right in the heart of the old town. So glad we chose this hotel. Could not recommend it more!
