The Owners/Management of this hotel are scammers. Protect yourself & your wallet & stay anywhere else. There's I paid close to $600 for a 2 night stay. That included a $40 pet deposit for a 9lb pound puppy. The puppy urinated on the bathroom tile floor...they charged me an ADDITIONAL $250 in "damages". Nothing was damaged, it was a small (9lb puppy) on the tile....any other hotel that would be covered in the $40 pet deposit considering it just needed to be wiped up...they should be cleaning regardless after a guest. If you don't have a pet, it will be something else. Clearly dishonest business looking to over charge customers. There is a quality inn on the same street.

Staff was so rude because they’re busy so they tried to raise the rates to $200!! I went outside and booked online for $140 a night average. This is Dover Ohio!! Lol 😂 get real money grabbers. Choice don’t care about you that why they gave a 30% discount to your rate. The room is lovely and new. I’m currently naked laying on the couch.

Convenient off and on I77. Quiet comfortable room. Plenty of space. A separate living area with sofa bed for multiple person sleep. There was five of us and the room was clean and spacious. Two tv's, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room.close to restaurants and only a few miles to alk the Amish attractions in Holmes county. Pur stay here was everything we needed to make our weekend enjoyable. she grandchildren used the lol in the evening for a while. we would go stay here again when we are in the area.

i was getting ready to walk in and i smell pot on one of your employee .and she workes and in housekeeping because she ask me if she could help me .and i no thank you and i left.and i didn't know u left employees do that why they are at work. and im allergic to it

We stayed for a Friday and Saturday night for my wife's 50th high school reunion. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The desk was quite large. The bathroom was great. There was plenty of counter space. You can actually reach the toilet paper without twisting yourself into a pretzel. The bathroom was very well lit - a plus for shaving. The shower was nice. The only minus was that there was no convenient place to put a towel. You have to step out of the shower to get a towel. A bar or hook outside the shower on the wall to the left would be a good addition. The breakfast was average - no better or worse than other hotels. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. Overall, we were well pleased and definitely consider staying here again.

Great place to stay, highly recommended! The comfort inn has a very helpful and friendly staff crew, very clean, spacious, comfy beds, great breakfast, and newly renovated! Great place to stay would come here again!!!

For a New Yorker, it feels like treason to have no complaints, but this place was outstanding in every way. The staff were helpful and friendly, the price was right, the room was comfortable and everything worked. Even the breakfast was pretty good. Sorry.

Came up to Ohio for a wedding and stayed for one night in room 309. This was one of hotels recommended on the wedding invite. Overall the hotel was clean, quiet and had with friendly staff. There was easy parking as well. The hotel is near a highway, but tucked back off the street. The bed was comfortable, our room was large with a seating area. There was a complimentary breakfast with welcoming staff, who made sure we found everything we needed.

we have stayed at this hotel for many years and it has taken a turn for the worst. There were people drinking in the parking lot, party in the pool area after 9pm, and also a big fight in the main lobby. We stayed for 6 days and never had anyone service our room although the sign said they would provide room service after 3 nights. There was a horrible odor in the hotel when we checked in which continued through out our stay. The room was not clean when we arrived - travel with Lysol wipes for sure! The breakfast staff followed my children around as if they were doing something wrong. I also had to request toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner during our stay. It would have been nice if the room had some! Overall this nice hotel that was family orientated has taken a turn for the worst. It is now a party hotel with lots of noise. Needless to say we will not be back.
