Very good location with beautiful views of Lake Tahoe.
Parking fee incomprehensible for hotel guests, as one quickly finds a free parking space on the Californian side.
Additional fee per night at check-in is nonsense and only causes trouble. Why isn't the total price shown in full when booking???????
Steam sauna has been out of order for months. The dry sauna is in very poor condition and the temperature was far too low.
The nicotine fumes from the ****** area are annoying.

Upgraded to premier room as room is really too worn out and smoke makes indoor air so bad. I would not stay there again. Location wise is close to skii village.
