Checking into the hotel was impossible. No one was at the front desk, no one was answering the phones. If there wasn’t a “Will Be Back” sign we might have thought something horrible had happened. I waited about 15 minutes then was joined by other wanting to check in. Once in the room, the experience was fine. Everything worked. The TV was tiny but had any channel you might want to watch. Basically if you can find someone there to check you in, the rest is fine.

Worst service I’ve ever had! They weren’t able to accommodate ADA parents and caregiver on first floor and wanted them to walk up stairs with their walkers. Would not issue a refund even tho they couldn’t check us in. When ******* called for a refund they declined also. It was only $85, which shows how greedy they are and no concern for providing good service. Was probably a blessing not to be checked in if this is the quality of service they provide! Stay away! Plenty of other good hotels close by! We found one who was ADA friendly…with great service!

My recent one-night stay at Days Inn for a college event was deeply disappointing. The room itself was unclean, with visible dirt and malfunctioning amenities like the toilet flush and shower hot water. Additionally, I encountered roaches in the room, raising serious concerns about sanitation. The bedding was also unclean, further impacting the comfort and hygiene of the stay. To top it off, the "free breakfast" consisted only of sliced bread, falling far short of expectations and misleading guests. While the location may have been convenient for the college event, the overall experience did not justify the cost. Due to the significant issues I encountered, I cannot recommend this hotel and would advise seeking alternative accommodations.

The first room we were given had mold on the shower curtain, sticky floors, stains on the sheets, and bugs. The second room we were given had mold on the shower curtain, a poop smear on the toilet seat, hair on a towel, and stains on the sheets.

The ice maker near my room was missing. The refrigerator in my room was not working but was still so noisy I could not sleep. The room heat was not operating properly. The dining room had construction debris scattered in the area. For some reason I was asked to leave a $50 deposit at check in.
I think I should have a refund.
