Overall good place. Chair in room and breakfast area with lots of wear and tear signs. Otherwise our room was clean, generally place clean and good breakfast.

The property is dated. We stayed for an event at Georgia Southern University and all other hotels in the area were booked solid.
The room had a wet towel smell.
There was not a closet in the room or an iron to use.
The breakfast provided: eggs, muffins, waffle maker with juices and coffee.
The king size bed was comfortable.
There is a 24 hr gas station with provisions directly in front of the hotel.

After paying $200 plus dollars, the room had hair on the couch, the carpet was not connected to the floor, the bathroom was in need of repairs and the fan does not work and there were no usb ports for charging items. The front desk clerk was awesome Karina but she was not able to give any discounts nor offer any room that was any better. She did offer a room but it was not safe nor was the toilet clean or bathroom in good shape.

The hotel was nice and a convenient location. The breakfast selection/choices was very nice- the reason we chose this hotel.
It was a bit tricky to turn left out of the drive due to proximity to the traffic light and the highway.

Very nice,clean, and safe. I was suprised how quickly it filled up. I enjoyed the breakfast,friendly helpful staff. I even sat around talking to fellow guest for awhile after I ate. It was very welcoming

I reserved a King Bed suite at this hotel online 2 hours prior to arrival. At check-in we were told the room we reserved was on the 3rd floor and the elevator wasn't working. We have too many things to try to climb 3 flights of stairs with so the only option was to take a 2 Queen Bed room on the 1st floor. Very cramped. On one of the beds the mattress was wider than the base. Sitting on the edge of the bed it tipped up. But they were comfortable. Nice bathroom with large walk in shower stall. Water pressure so-so. Fridge but no freezer. Microwave. Breakfast ok. Egg 'patties' had no taste.
